Kegan

"Are you trying to get their schedules synchronized or something?" Kegan asked, wanting to know if there was a system he hadn't been informed about yet. But there really wasn't time for that, Kegan thought as he began to ponder what Ana might do to Atiya or Alain. It's not like he didn't appreciate all the help Ana had given them against Faris and Valen, but the half-elf was pretty sure that she didn't seem to be the child-loving type.

"You search the dining hall, and I'll check Ana's room?" Kegan asked as he opened the door.
-------------------------------------
Katie

Katie bit her lip as she recalled the warning the book had given her. "Don't worry C.C., I read the book, nothing too serious will happen," Katie reassured with a dismissive wave of her hand. Sure, the spell would become permanent if she used it for too long, but it had been rather useful during that time of the month, Katie silently recalled to herself as she glanced towards her pack, and then back to C.C. .

"So ... we've got two hours until Nell pops around," Katie pointed out as she stood up.
--------------------------------------
Anselm

Anselm stopped in place, surprised to hear that Syrien wanted to confide with him about the wedding. A part of Anselm had wondered if Syrien might have felt threatened about his returning to see Rein.

"Yes?" he asked, trying to hide his nervousness.

Rein

"No. But they're both toddlers, and bound to be getting tired by now. And sure, that sounds good to me. Though there is an easier way. You or I could cast a spell that would track Atiya's magical signature, and find her from there." Rein pointed out.

Syrien

"I am curious. Exactly...what do you think you may be bestowed to do in the wedding?" Syrien asked, a neutral expression on his face.

C.C.

"Good to hear. And you didn't answer my question, Katie. What do you have planned for your special Night? Anything Kinky?" C.C. asked, her grin growing slightly wider.

"Well I don't think we are normal people anyways," Sunny pointed out. "And it should be fine as long as you don't play favorites with your wives," she teased, resisting a smile.
-----------------
Mab finished packing and sighed in relief. She turned to face Carlisle and smiled warmly at him. She was glad that she had been forward that day. If Mab had let it go out of fear and embarrassment, she wouldn't be feeling as happy as she did right now. Being with Carlisle felt...right.

"I'm all ready if you are Car," she said.
-----------------
"What do you think of Carlisle? I mean you must of known him from the Heir competition, right?" Chris wanted a second opinion about the boy. She just wanted to be reassured about Mab.
-----------------
Nell looked into a Bakery. He was avoiding C.C. and Katie right now. He had this feeling that something was going to happen tonight on his date with her (Katie), but he wasn't sure. So instead of dealing with the feeling, the Inu decided to lose himself in his senses. Especially his sense of smell.

Maul

"Ah. I will make sure to keep that in mind. I would not want a....what do you call it? A..."cat fight" to break out between you and Savina." Maul replied, chuckling a bit.

Carlisle

Carlisle stopped for a few seconds as he looked towards Mab. The Doctor couldn't help but smile at the affectionate nickname she had given him. It was comforting for some reason, to hear her use it so easily.

"Well then, lets be off," Carlisle replied as he grabbed Mab's bag and tossed it onto the raft for her. The raft was kept in place by a small whirlpool Carlisle had created with magic when they had docked the night before. It was much easier then stopping the river in place or pulling the raft onto shore, Carlisle knew because of previous mistakes he had made weeks ago.

The Doctor jumped onto the raft, making sure to stop it from spinning before Mab got on. When it was still, he turned around to make sure Mab was ready.
----------------------------
Katie

Katie blushed, hoping she could get away with not having C.C. plan that part of her night for her. It would seem her hopes were a waste of time.

"Well, I haven't really planned anything," Katie admitted. It was odd that Katie didn't like talking about something she thought about so often, nevertheless, the whole thing still felt very awkward. "And I doubt Nell has any plans either, knowing him," Katie quickly stated as well, just in case C.C. was about to mention him.
-----------------------------
Rhys

Rhys was confused by Chris' odd question, but he was also relieved that the nature of the question was not as personal as he had expected. The Captain pulled his shirt back on as he thought the question over, not having thought about former Heir Carlisle in months.

"Hmm, I don't think he ever would have become Emperor. He wasn't politically savvy in the slightest during the competition, very pathetic, actually," Rhys admitted, somewhat amused as he mentally recalled everything he knew about the Doctor. "He was his own biggest obstacle though, he pretty much did everything he could to lose a challenge until the last two, when he started working for Maul and Tsuba, really. That was a mistake for the boy. He was very emotional as well, slightly self-absorbed at times, and then all about helping others at other times as well," The Captain continued on as he tapped the back of his right ear nervously. "He shouldn't have been in the competition. I knew it, he knew it, the other Heirs knew it most definitely. But, some things are not to be questioned," Rhys replied, smiling wryly as he looked towards Chris, even if she couldn't see him.

"Then, when Tsuba became Empress, he was placed in the Colosseum. His fame from being declared as an Heir actually grew, as you know, because he became the silent slaughterer, the champion of the arena. I was never really close with the boy, so that's it," Rhys finished as he placed his hand down.

"If it's alright, may I ask why you wanted to know?"
----------------------------------------------
Anselm

Anselm felt very uncomfortable as he walked with the Elf. He tried to avoid looking at Syrien if possible, but that just made things more difficult as he couldn't see if Syrien was angry or not.

"Well, I suppose I'll do whatever Rein wants me to. I'm ready to help my Daughter in anyway that I can," Anselm replied, not realizing just how presumptuous he sounded and not caring either. Anselm imagined for a second that Syrien might be envious of Anselm for coming back into Rein's life, for perhaps, becoming Rein's father figure in a week when the Elf had been trying for years to do so. Anselm didn't blame Syrien for being envious, after all, who could compete with blood relations? Especially now that Rein had probably forgiven Anselm for selling her, the Humage thought as he tried to build up some pride and confidence in himself so he could look Syrien in the eye.

"Whether she wants me simply sit in the front row or give her away I am willing," Anselm stated as he glanced over to get a peek at Syrien's face, very curious to see how the Elf would react.
-------------------------------
Kegan

"Does she even have a magical signature?" Kegan asked incredulously, slightly terrified by the realization that his Daughter would be learning to use magic in time.

Succession: Rebellion - Page 38 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Succession: Rebellion   Succession: Rebellion - Page 38 I_icon_minitimeMon Jan 03, 2011 8:01 pm

Rein

"Of course. She may not have much, right now, but it's there. It'll grow more over time." Rein replied. "It shouldn't be too hard to find her."

Like Kegan, Rein remembered and cursed the day that Atiya grew powerful enough with her powers that she would need training. That would be...difficult and maybe embarrassing, depending on what happened. Rein herself had been a nightmare at that age in her (very basic) training. And considering that there wouldn't be any need to hold Atiya back in her training...

Oh boy. And not to mention once the Twins came of age...especially if they were boys....oh dear.

C.C.

"Ah, I see. Then you'll certainly need my advice. I could suggest...many things. Or perhaps a demonstration would be better suited..." C.C.'s eyes sparkled as a grand idea came to her. Before Katie could put up any objections the Mage sent a series of sexual images into the mind of Katie. The participants of the images were of Nell and Katie herself.

"What do you think? Any of those things interest you?" C.C. giggled and eagerly waited for her reply.

Syrien

Syrien smiled calmly at Anselm, which after a few seconds started to appear rather creepy. Then with no warning the Elf slammed Anselm into a wall, and kneed him in the stomach. After he was recovering from that Syrien slammed his elbow into the side of the Humage's head, knocking him to the ground.

"Give her away? You'll be lucky if Rein lets you stand in the back, let alone let you attend the wedding in the first place! She will never forgive you for what you've done, you vile piece of filth! You sold your own daughter into slavery! She could have been killed or raped! And she nearly was, several times, from what I have heard and witnessed myself!"

"Tell me, did you ever read her a story just to get her to sleep? Did you ever hug her after she had a bad nightmare? Did you ever try to calm her down and help her when she was getting frightened by her first period? Did you ever comfort her while she cried in your arms after her heart had gotten broken? Did you ever help her through the pain of childbirth or give her lessons on how to raise her own daughter? No! You were never there for her through any of that, and more. You will never be her father. I am more of a father to her than you ever will be, regardless of blood relations."

Syrien kicked Anselm in the side for good measure after he finished ranting. How dare this man even have the gule to think that he would be involved in Rein's wedding, after all he had done! If either of them was going to escort her down the isle when the time came, it would be him! Never this sad excuse for a man.

Katie

Katie resisted the urge to throw up as her mind groaned in pain. She would never get over feeling sick that happened every time C.C. projected into her mind. But she was good now, as long as Katie didn't think about the fact that C.C. would have had to have witnessed each and every event she had just seen to be able to project them, Katie would be ... oh no, she had just thought about it.

And so Katie threw up onto the weaved rug below her.
----------------------
Anselm

Anselm was startled by Syrien's violent outburst, at first unsure why it was happening. But as the Elf continued to speak, Anselm realized what was going on.
It wasn't fair, the Humage thought as he clenched his fists and curled up into a ball for protection. When Syrien began to cease his attacks, Anselm looked up at the Elf and angrily stated, "You wouldn't understand. If I hadn't sold her I would have starved to death!" Anselm shouted as he carefully stood up, knowing that his left arm was broken. "You're just like my wife ... Why doesn't anyone understand?" Anselm asked rhetorically as he leaned against a wall and looked at Syrien.
-------------------------
Kegan

"Oh ... good," Kegan answered as he continued to think about the future. Who was supposed to teach Atiya everything? While both Kegan and Rein were skilled with magic, that didn't make them adequate Teachers ... They could always teach from a book, the Half-Elf supposed as he shut the door again. Rein would probably know Atiya's signature better, and thus Kegan would allow her to search out for it.

Syrien

"Ah. I see. So this is all about you, isn't it? Did it ever occur to you there were better options then selling Rein into slavery? Like perhaps you could have left her with a relative while you sought better employment. Or perhaps you could have joined the military in some aspect. They pay much better than most jobs in the Empire. And your wife had parents, did she not? Couldn't you have sought their help? Or from your own family? Couldn't you have done any of that instead of giving away your own daughter?!" Syrien shouted, at this point not caring if anyone heard or stumbled upon their argument. This man...he was even more pathetic than the Elf had realized.

Rein

Rein quickly cast the appropriate spell and a ball of light formed in her hands. It immediately shot off and Rein ran swiftly to keep track of it.

C.C.

"Hey! My images aren't that bad!" C.C. took half a step back at Katie's next action, but waved her hand and the mess quickly disappeared. "No need to react so violently."

Name: Laro
Age: 54
Gender: Male
Race: Human
Appearance: http://www.rankopedia.com/CandidatePix/47064.gif
Magic?: No
Royal Bloodline?: No
Personality: At times Laro is sarcastic and a bit of a cynic, as well as a somewhat dour man. But deep down he truly cares about his patients and those close to him. He feels deeply responsible for each and every patient that comes to him for treatment, and will do nearly anything to save them. Laro himself is also a bit awkward at large social gatherings, but he can tell quite a few good jokes when need be, and relax.
History: Laro's own father was an aspiring doctor, so when he became of age it didn't take long for Laro to decide his own career, and he followed the footsteps of his father. After a few years of practicing and helping his parents in his home town, Laro decided to move to a new home that would make better use of his skills and would need him more. After a long year of traveling, offering his medical assistance here and there while looking for the right town, Laro finally came to Bree and after a brief stay there (during which he saved the life of a very sick boy and his father) he decided to settle down at Bree permanently. Years later he married and ended up with two wonderful kids.

Tragedy soon struck after this, though, and a new and deadly plague took the lives of his wife and only son, and nearly killed himself and his daughter before Laro managed to concoct an antidote with a nearby healer. Laro was heart-broken by the loss and considered moving, but stayed when he realized the surviving townspeople needed him. And so Laro continued to raise his surviving daughter and continued to help his fellow citizens in Bree. The next decade passed with few significant events, and eventually Laro's daughter became an adult. Shortly before she left to strike out on her own, Laro and his daughter had an argument about her career choice. Laro's daughter stormed out of their house after that argument, and only came back to pack her things. Since she left Laro has rarely spoken or written to his daughter, something which he now regrets since he stopped hearing from her ten years ago, and has no idea where she is now, or even if she's alive.

A few years ago, after living a relatively peaceful life within Bree thus far, Laro found Carlisle and took pity on the boy, offering to train him as a doctor. Eventually Laro formed a great relationship with Carlisle, who (in his eyes) started to become like the son he had never been able to raise. Then Carlisle's status as an Heir was found out, and he was soon whisked away. Since then Laro has continued to serve as Bree's doctor, though he is rather worried about the boy and wonders what has become of him since the end of the Heirs Contest.

Katie

"I would have been fine if you hadn't shown the Kaleesh and Orc again!" Katie protested loudly as she wiped her mouth carefully. The girl mentally cursed her predicament, noting that she would have to find a way to make her breath smell not quite so terrible before her date with Nell.

"It doesn't matter anyways C.C., I'm not going to do any of those things with Nell," Katie stated as she walked across the room towards her luggage. Katie quickly dug through one of the bags before pulling out a small bottle. "I just want it to be simple with Nell, simple and enjoyable," she informed C.C. before drinking a small amount of the red drink. "If I tried any of those things with him ... well for one thing we'd both be too busy concentrating on whether or not we were doing everything correctly to enjoy it in the first place, and everything you showed me looks extremely and unnecessarily painful," Katie listed as she put the bottle away. It's that she didn't appreciate C.C.'s teasing advice, it's just that Katie was pretty sure that she and C.C. had different tastes when it came to relationships and sex. Even if Katie hadn't really done any of that yet, after seeing the mental slideshow C.C. had just given her, she hoped they had different tastes.
-------------------------------------
Kegan

Kegan quickly ran after Rein and the orb, finding it rather easy to keep up with the both of them.

"Do we know what kind of magic she's adept with? I mean, is she comfortable with a certain element yet? Or does that come later for most Humages?" Kegan asked as he ran beside Rein.
---------------------------------------
Anselm

"Both of our families couldn't even afford to take care of us when we were children, they most certainly wouldn't have taken our Daughter," Anselm complained as he glared at Syrien, feeling like the Elf was acting awfully self-righteous with him.

"What am I supposed to do now? Pretend she doesn't exist!?"

C.C.

"I only put images of you and Nell there. I suppose something must have gotten mixed up. And alright. You can do whatever you want. Just make sure to have fun. And not get pregnant. Otherwise Nell will lose his ability to mate." C.C. said with a half-teasing smile.

Syrien

"No. The least you can do is make up for past sins. I will never forgive you, but perhaps Rein might at least become friendly with you. Over a long period of time. But do not pretend to think you will ever be actively involved in her life, after what you did." Syrien stated, feeling his anger slightly swell down.

Rein

"Later, I think. We should find out what main element Atiya should be able to use around her seventh birthday." Rein replied, running as best and fast as she could with her bulging stomach. Mercifully, in Rein's opinion, the orb came to a stop at an intersection. Rein slowed down and looked around, spotting Atiya and Alain down the hall toward her left.

"There they are!"

"If I tell you you can't tell anyone," Chris warned, becoming stern. Then she relaxed and smiled. "I'm stronger than I look. Just because I am blind, I am not dumb." Chris then proceeded to answer his question. "Mab is currently with him. I found him injuried and helped him. He wanted to go see someone and I sent Mab with him. I saw that they would need each other. I just wanted to know more about the boy I sent her with."
--------------
Mab stepped onto the raft and sighed inwardly in relief. The first few times she stepped onto the raft, she fell into the river instead. She wasn't that good at balance. But now she was doing fine.

"How much longer do you think," she asked Carlisle. "Not that I don't mind spending alone time with you."
--------------
"No most certainty not," Sunny agreed. "Though between you and me, I'm your favorite right?" Sunny started to laugh. "I'm joking of course."

(Shall I send Nell to pick up Katie?)

(Well, it does make sense with Atiya's lineage and personality for it to be that. Horrifying training montage here we come!)

Carlisle

Carlisle smiled at Mab's teasing, biting his lip and looking down nervously before saying, "Only about eight more days at the rate were going. Could be sooner if the river widens out a bit, actually," he explained while looking down at the water. After Mab was settled down on the raft, Carlisle sat down in the back and placed his hands into the water, mumbling a chant quickly as he could. The whirlpool disappeared quickly afterward, and the speed of the river grew four times quicker, pushing the raft at a rather quick pace. "It wont be much longer at all, Mab," Carlisle stated quietly, and somewhat cheerily as well, as they drifted past the trees.
------------------------------------
Katie

"Sure," Katie mumbled sarcastically as she grabbed a brush from her bag and began to fix her hair.
------------------------------------
Rhys

Rhys mouth dropped open for a few seconds, shocked to hear Chris tell him about former Heir Driscoll. Morally he was bound to the throne and should be pumping Chris for information about Carlisle's potential whereabouts, Rhys knew. He should at least alert Tsuba that Carlisle is traveling with a female companion, so as to make the search that much easier. But the Captain did nothing but clear his throat and reply, "Very well," he said quietly as he continued to contemplate whether or not what he was doing was wrong or not.

"Is that ... all you wanted to know, Chris?" Rhys asked curiously.
-------------------------------------
Kegan

A smirk appeared on Kegan's face before he suddenly rushed down the hall past Rein, moving as fast as he could before he leaped towards Atiya, grabbing the girl and somersaulting a few times with her to slow down. The Half-Elf laughed as he looked at his Daughter, hoping to have surprised her a bit.

"Now what have you been doing?" Kegan asked warmly while brushing some hair out of his daughter's face.
--------------------------------------
Anselm

"I ... see," Anselm replied while looking down at the ground. "Very well, I'll go get a healer to look at this then," Was all Anselm said before he began to nervously walk backwards away from Syrien, turning around and quickly rushing away when he was sure that the other Elf would not follow him.

Mab leaned over and kissed Carlisle on the cheek.

"But seriously. I kind of enjoy just spending time with you out here. Less hectic."
------------
Chris smiled warmly in Rhys's direction and nodded.

"You are too kind Rhys. Any normal person would lie to me and tell what I have told you or ask me to tell them where he might be. It has been a while since I have trusted someone so openly. I hope this means we are friends."

(Oh, and yeah, it would be best if Nell came around.)

Carlisle

"I ... it is nice, right?" Carlisle asked quietly, blushing lightly as he looked up at Mab for reassurance. The Doctor was glad that Mab seemed to be enjoying this time as much as he was, despite how much she missed Chris. A part of Carlisle wondered why this couldn't just go on forever? But that part of him was quickly told off by both the survivalist and sentimental parts of Carlisle, who knew he'd have to keep going on and actually wanted to see the town of Bree again. Still, if there was anyone Carlisle wanted to be alone with ... it would be Mab, he realized.
-----------------------------------
Rhys

"I believe we are," Rhys responded in affirmative to Chris' hopes. The Captain was still quite uncomfortable about possibly betraying Gaboria, even if it was simply because he was doing nothing rather then doing something in particular. "I am relieved to hear that you do trust me so much," the Captain admitted.

C.C.

"Well, need any advice for what dress you should where? I think something that sends a clear message would do." C.C. conjured up three dressed and had them float near Katie. Two were pretty moderate, but the third...

"I'd choose the third. I think Nell would appreciate it very much." C.C. said with a giggle.

Atiya

Atiya giggled with pure delight after Kegan's little display. "Do it again, Daddy! Do it again!"

Nell headed towards where C.C. and Katie were. He tried hard to not listen in on their conversation. His ears dropped low and he took a deep breath. Then he knocked on the door.

"Ready?"
------------
"Would it make you feel uncomfortable if I asked for a hug," Chris said, half joking. Though if Rhys wouldn't mind, Chris was ok with hugging him.
------------
"It is pretty nice," Mab agreed. At first she felt bad abandoning Chris and going with this strange boy she didn't know at all. She felt like it was a bad joke by the Gods. Now she was constantly thanking them for allowing her to be with him.

(I think you forgot to reply to Sunny with Maul, Magus.)
Katie

Katie gasped before biting her lip, knowing that C.C. was just joking. Still ... who even made an outfit like that?

"Not going to happen," Katie replied as she grabbed the second dress. It took a few minutes, but Katie was fully changed when someone began to knock on the door. "He's early!" Katie hissed as she slipped on a pair of boots under the dress, not wanting to walk around the entire city in uncomfortable shoes along with her uncomfortable dress. "How do I look?" Katie asked as she quickly turned around and looked at C.C. .

"Just a second Nell!" Katie remembered to shout before even waiting for C.C.'s reply.
-------------------------------
Rhys

Rhys lips tightened as a serious expression arrived on his face, unsure of how to respond to Chris' ... joke? The Captain rarely hugged anyone, ever, but hugging did sound like something friends would do after an intimate moment of trust, Rhys reluctantly admitted to himself. "If you'd like?" he offered.

Kegan

"Aw, but it wont be as fun if you're waiting for Daddy to do it," Kegan teased as he stood up with Atiya in hand. He made sure that Rein and Alain were alright as well, and the Half-Elf looked down the other end of the hall to see if Ana was there before saying to the kids. "Atiya, Mommy's got a surprise to tell you."

Chris smiled wided at Rhys as he agreed. She was kind of happy that he did. She walked over to him and hugged him. It felt nice to have human contact. Being blind, contact of any kind was something she craved, not that she would ever admit it.

"We're such an odd pair. A gay Knight and a chaste High Priestess," Chris said with a soft laugh.

((Ah, so I did. Sorry.))

Maul

"There is no safe way to answer that, I am afraid." Maul replied. Inwardly he thought of his more than friendly feelings toward Savina, but he dared not voice them aloud. Besides, it wouldn't do to trouble Sunny with this information.

C.C.

"You look wonderful, darling. Now go out there and become a woman!" C.C. gave her charge an energetic thumbs up. "Make me proud!"

Atiya

"What is it?" Atiya eagerly looked over to her Mommy, who had scooped up Alain in her arms while Kegan had gotten herself.

"Mommy and Daddy are going to get married now, Atiya." Rein replied, beaming at her daughter. Atiya gave them both a confused look.

"...what's that? Is it some kinda food?"

((Bonus points if you get the reference Atiya made!))

Katie

"Thanks C.C.," Katie replied, trying to resist giggling or sighing in annoyance. When in doubt, sarcasm was always the best middle road. Katie remembered hearing that somewhere before ... Katie decided not to dwell on the idea as she hurried over to the door and opened it, smiling when she saw Nell.

"... You look great," She said after a few seconds of awkward silence. "I'll umm ... make sure to make you proud C.C. . And don't stalk us on our date!" Katie shouted to her guardian before quickly shutting the door behind her.
-----------------------------
Rhys

Rhys gasped in surprise before Chris hugged him. The Captain wasn't sure how he was supposed to react to that, but his mind began to quickly overflow with paranoia. How did Chris know? Why would she acknowledge such a thing out loud? What was he supposed to do right now? The fact is, Rhys really didn't do anything but fall over in silence as Chris hugged him. Yes he and Chris were friends now, but ... if she knew who else might? Jail did not sound like a pleasant thing to go through. At least his parents were all dead so he didn't have to worry about shaming them, Rhys silently admitted as he laid on his side.

"What am I supposed to say now?" Rhys wondered as he glanced towards Chris, knowing that the silence had gone on a little too long for him to be able to pretend nothing had happened. "I ... what makes you say that?" Rhys asked awkwardly.
--------------------------------
Savina

Savina looked out at the river, confused for a second. The water had really sped up, the girl noted as she noticed the swift rapids that now existed on the sides of the river. Yes it was bound to go faster as the snow in the mountains melted faster, but was it supposed to go from calm to holy crap in ten minutes time?

Whatever, didn't matter much, Savina decided before she walked over towards Maul and Sunny. "Everything's ready, I eve got Bakar to do some work with packing," She stated before chuckling a bit, still amused at the sight of Bakar working beside the seasoned Soldier in their platoon. "Anyways, just thought you two should know," Savina said before looking between Sunny and Maul.

((What? No one gets the DB reference there?))

Rein, Atiya

"No, silly. Daddy and I are going to be husband and wife, come tomorrow." Rein said. Atiya frowned at her and looked up at Kegan.

"I still don't get it, Daddy. What's Mommy talking about?"

C.C.

C.C. smiled as Katie shut the door. Ah, now this was going to be fun! Out of respect for Katie she wouldn't use her powers to spy on her in any way, but C.C. expected full details the next day, when she returned.

Nell half-smiled at Katie and nodded at her.

"You look beautiful Katie," he said. His tail started to wag a little faster in seeing her and his ears pricked up. "Are you ready to go?"
------------
Chris smiled knowingly at Rhys.

"Don't worry I won't tell. I can see the future. It's either your gay or you get put under a spell to make you...." Chris shook her head. "One of your more prominent future shows you with a man. So I assumed from there." Chris realized that maybe he didn't want anyone knowing his sexual orientation. "I have no problem with it Rhys and you shouldn't be so ashamed. Love is love no matter who it is directed at."
-----------
Sunny turned to look at Savina and an idea crossed her mind. She stood and placed an arm around her 'wife's' shoulders.

"As a result of you not playing favorites with us, I promise not to either."

Maul

"Very...well." Maul blinked and looked at Sunny curiously. Hm. Interesting. What exactly did that mean? Hm. Was Sunny...? No, wait, probably not. She did spend all her time around men, most often. Though her pretending to be a boy certainly didn't help her case. Then again, this was all speculation, and certainly not something an Order member of his status should muse about.
