(Okay, this is just an old RP that is being moved over for reference for the sequel. It's not an actual RP to join.

And this is taking much longer than I thought it would to reformat everything. I'll just put up pages as I get done with them. Oh, and I am cutting out most of the unneccessary OOC chat, because it makes reformating this a little easier. And if anybody notices any errors in coding, please notify me and I'll fix it.

TokoToTheEnd

A lot of teens feel unwanted and none more than the students
of Sylan Boarding School for Trouble Kids, a place that lies
surrounded by woods and a lake. Here kids from 13 to 18 are
dressed in green and orange uniforms and forced to be nice to
eachother. They spend their days either at the Lounge(tv,
video games, etc) or roaming the area. But at night, when most
are sleeping, some students are awake. They call themselves
"The Unwanted". A group of teens who are hiding something.
They met in a secret room, being able to freely express
themselves and only take thoses they could trust..........and
are different like them. Night is their only time to be free.
But now the school has decided to have gaurds moniter the
halls at night, to make sure no one leaves. This is a problem
for The Unwanted. Also they are being hunted by the Haters,
who want nothing more than to rid the school of the "threat".
Now The Unwanted must team up with the normal students to try
and take back the night. But at what cost?

Things You Need To Know!
*The uniforms are guys-dark green pants, dark orange vest,
dark green short sleeve shirt, and dark green jacket(optional
mostly)
girls-light orange skirt, ligth green vest, light orange short
sleeve shirt, and dark orange jacket(optional mostly)
*Shoes, socks, braclets, bowties, or anything that is footwear
or an acessory can be whatever
*The girl's dorm is near the lake, the guy's near the school
and lounge
*The compound is a day away from the nearest town
*The Unwanted are unknown by name, but they love to leave
their symbol on any surface, which is a black heart with one
silver arrow and one gold arrow through it and the symbol is
also hidden on their body.
*The Unwanted can be hiding anything you want. They can not be
human, they could have a weird obsession, know magic, be a
princess, whatever!
*The area is large. It has a small lake and is surruonded by
woods

Bio:She grew up as a half fairie and for that her mother kept
her away from regular humans. Alice was upset becuase she
wanted to go a normal school and she did one day, so her
mother decided to send her to Sylan's school, saying that if
she wants to go to a normal school, she would go here since
she was being bad and other creatures go there too. She was
one of the first members of The Unwanted.

stubborn and looks up to her outgoing sister. Clumsy and
embaresses easily.
Bio:She and her sister were always there for eachother, though
Faith had less friends and always looked up to Faith. She has
an "almost boyfriend" as her sister calls it. She likes a guy
and he like her, but they aren't going out. When her and her
sister got into a fight about a boy, that Faith was only try
to interview, they ended up packing and heading to Sylan
Boarding School for Trouble Kids.

Peace is almost always smiling or laughing. She loves to enjoy
life, but when she hears of the Unwanted she tends to be rude
and snide when talking about them.
Bio:Always the hyper one, she was still close to her sister.
Peace watches out for Faith and tries to help her be more
confidient. When she thinks her sister is moving in on a guy
she likes, they get into a fight and end up going to Sylan's
school.

out, but one time they caught her and now they sent her to
Sylans school

taller, with golden skin that almost sparkles. She has bright
gold eyes that shine in the light and glow in the dark(only if
she wants). She wears a black beanie over her long silky
brunette hair with her uniform and wears a necklace that says
believe around her neck.
Personality: Rachel is quiet but talks to the people she wants
to. She loves to read and sing, but no one knows she can sing.
She hates when people gets picked on and can fight hard.
Bio: She grew up as a princess, but beacuse her father wanted
a boy, she was thrown out of the house. She grew up in an
abusive family and has no recollection of her royal bloodline.
She was sent to the school after she slashed her abusive
father in the arm.

likes to read but spends too much time socializing to actually
finish a book. fairly good at school and nice too teachers,
she flies under the radar when trouble comes up. All of the
teachers love her and she gets really good grades.
Bio: She was the perfect child. Everyone loved her and
everyone wanted to be her. Had the perfect boyfriend and her
parents adored her. Then she started smoking. Her parents went
ballistic and sent her to the School. She does't want to be
there but soon starts making friends and decides to stay. She
hates the Unwanted because they are so different from her.

Personality: Joseph is calm and prefers to be with people he
likes, which is few.
Bio: Joseph was raised all his life to be a Wizard, like his
father before him and his ancestor, Merlin. However, his
father was killed by a rogue vampire and he was sent to this
school with his father's spellbook, a magical object that has
all the spells anyone in his family ever learned and can
change in size as the need arises, and his magic staff he
carries around with him. It is invisible to most people,
though.

Appearance: Graying hair, bright blue eyes, stern expression
and brown monk robes.
Personality: Stern, but fair. He likes teaching.
Bio: A monk who specialized in teaching back in his younger
days, he now has a job in Sylan Boarding School to prove that
monks could teach stuff other than religion. He both likes and
dislikes the Unwanted, thinking fearing they might be a gang
but he does find their rebellion other rebellions in history
he's interested in. He prefers to simply observe them and
enforce the rules.

Other: He teaches history.

Name: Raqueal
Age(12-18): 15
Appearance: 6'2", black hair, long, goes down his upper back,
silky. He has fair skin, and is toned. He has sharp facial
features, and has green eyes.
Personality: He's a quiet loner, usually reading. He likes to
be left alone and tries to push others away. Most girls think
he's good looking, and that just makes them keep coming, he
usually stays in the background because of this.
Bio: He was born as a full elf, but was put in an orphanage at
as an infant, so he grew up around humans. He was the most
intelligent, fastest and strongest kid around, so no one ever
beat him at any games.. As most parentless children do, he
acted out, and once was caught. He was sent to the school as a
result, and the only thing he felt sad about was that he had
to leave most of his books behind.
Unwanted, Supporter, Hater, or Neutral: Neutral, but he
admires the Unwanted. He won't help them though, he just
watches.
Other: He can manipulate fire, which was what he used and got
caught, though the fire was attributed to the lighter he
carried.

Appearance: He has black hair short, is tall and a little
lanky, has long legs and long arms. He has very sharp teeth,
and is rather pale. The unwanted tatoo is on his chest. He can
also morph into a black and white demon with sharp claws and
wings and horns, with the unwanted symbol on his chest, and
into a fire demon, with the symbol burning in his chest.
Personality: He is quiet, can get quite angry, and is usually
serious. He experiences different moods sometimes though, his
mind as a demon changes a little at times.
Bio: He was raised by a demon brotherhood, and was kicked out
when he reached thirteen, which was when the demons had to
fend for themselves. He got into trouble once though, after
two years on his own, and was sent to juvie, and then to the
school. He's never had a personaly family, just his
bortherhood.

Other: He can control fire when a fire demon, and can fly when
a normal demon. As a human, he sees well and hears well, and
is fast.

Appearance: Short black hair, tanned skin, about 5'11". He has
green eyes with blue flecks in them, but can change them to
red eyes with three circles around them.
Personality: He's shy and quiet when not with other haters,
but when in hater garb, is confident and fierce.
Bio: He grew up in a messed up family, and as a result, is
just hard to figure out. He doesn't even know why he hates the
Unwanted, just that he can't stand them. He wants them gone.

Other: His eyes can read an opponents moves and then he can
copy them in a split second. He can also use illusions and
trickery if he looks an opponent in the eye.

Name: October (Tobi) Devans.
Age(12-18): 16.
Appearance: Long, roughly-chopped silvery-white hair, bright
green eyes and clear pale skin. Has a long, faint scar that
runs from below her eye and stops just beside her lips. She
wears a long, silver necklace with a rough crystal attached at
the bottom. She often wears a single, finger-less glove on her
left hand.
TOBI.
Personality: She is kind, gentle-natured and clever. She loves
to talk to and help people and make new friends. Sometimes,
she can come on a little too strong and clingy and can be
considered 'OVER-THE-TOP'.
Bio: She was born into the Cursed Bloodline of her Mother,
whose Ancestor Freya had stolen from the Goddess of Luna.
Cursed with the Monthly transformation of a large,
bloodthirsty Wolf, Tobi found it hard to make friends as many
of them found out about her and would disband and tell others,
resulting in her moving to Sylan Boarding School.

Appearance: Dorjee completly disregards the uniform policy,
often getting himself in trouble for it. He wears a body
covering white robe, with long strands that come from his head
and his hands. The robe is bound to his skin by rolls off
cloth wrapped round his waist, wrosts, and ankles. His face
has a mask like appearence, and shows nothing but his took
dark green eyes.
Personality: A recluse, often slipping away when he isn't
needed. He has a quiet and calm demeanor, and he rarely
speaks, which leads most to believe that he is a mute.
Bio: Dorjee is a taboo child. He was born on a unholy day to
unwed parents. It is believed that is where his power comes
from. When he is exposed to light, Dorjee's skin will turn
pitch black and he gains strength unimaginable. But when he is
exposed to light, he takes on the semblance of a demon and
speaks of unending evils and horrors which he will commit. He
has lost control only once, but it almost cost his father his
life. The outburst is what landed him in Sylan Boarding
School.

Bio: No one really understands why Jason was forced to come to
the school. He's a good natured person to people, and rarely
starts any fights or misbehaves. Jason says it was because of
mistakes in his past. Durring the night, he has a new
identity, called "Scarecrow". He wears a scarecrow mask and
doesn't let anyone see his face. Because of this, no one knows
that Jason is Scarecrow and a member of the Haters.

Other: He's very smart, and uses a powerful drug to stimulate
the fear in other people. It causes them to panic and suffer
from illucinations.

Appearance: shaggy blond hair that falls to the base of his
neck; left eye is a deep blue, right eye is a golden yellow;
pointy ears; sharp nails; dragon wings with deep blue scales;
dark green pants; dark green shirt with short sleeves; dark
orange vest; bulky dark green jacket (hides his wings); army
boots; dark red sash tied around his forehead and hides his
right eye from view (says he's blind in that eye)
Personality: has a couldn't-care-less attitude; very
anti-social; smart to the point of where school bores him;
doesn't talk much; seems to ignore the world around him, but
knows exactly what is going on
Bio: Abandoned at the doorstep of an orphanage when he was a
month home, he has never lived in one home for longer than a
year. Everyone he's lived with has said that he's difficult to
get along with and he seems to think that he's above all the
rules. Then, right after he had been transferred to yet
another family, he was discovered with drugs at school. He
pleaded â€˜not guilty', but nobody believed him. His options
were either prison, community service, or the School. But then
his choices were narrowed down to prison or the School when
his foster family said they didn't want him anymore. He, of
course, chose the School.

Bio: She's the only child of Mrs. And Mr. Goodings, who happen
to be one of the richest couples in the world. She's used to
getting her own way and having all of the finest things. Her
parents never had time for her and her nanny didn't really pay
attention to her, so she grew up to be very wild. When she was
ten, her parents shipped her off to a finishing school for
young ladies. She quickly worked her way to the top of the
social ladder, even though she was younger than most of the
girls there. Everyone was jealous of her, since she was the
richest and most beautiful girl there. Then, when she was
nearly sixteen, she was discovered at the nearest town, drunk,
with a guy, in the middle of the night. That's when she
transferred schools.

sometimes... Dylan's parents pretty much have lost contact
with him so he depends
on his own Intelligence and wit to
survive, he also generally dislikes to mingle for he fears he
will be dangerous to people.

You can hear footsteps walking along the hallway. Rachel's
eyes suddenly glow bright yellow. She cloeses her eyes as a
guard passes by her. She is cloaked in a black piece of cloth,
acting like a cloak. She gets to the wall and whispers,
"Unwanted". The wall opens and she sees a girl inside. "Hi.
What's your name?"

destroy the happiness and ideals of the unwanted; two things
he ceased to have a long time ago. There's a large emptiness
in his heart he has no idea how to fill. This is the source of
his negativeness.

hallway. she was able to walk silently, because of her being
half vampire. Still being caught is what sent her here. She
heard what sounded like foot steps. She nearly tripped over

held her breath hoping no one heard her. She looked around and
saw no one. Quickly walking over to a wall, she knocked 5

Alice stood and faced Rachel.

"I am half fairie. My mother sent me here after I went to a
normal school. I'm not sure how the others will take you
joining, but they will not fight me."

Rachel turned when she saw the girl come in. She really didn't
know what to do. This was her first time coming here and she
wasn't sure how things like this were handled. "Welcome... i
guess." She smiled slightly, her glittering skin shining
against the moonlight.

Raqueal watched the door the unwanted kept dissappearing into.
He heard five knocks and "unwanted" everytime one went in. He
liked spying at night, he was disobeying rules and learning
secrets he wasn't supposed to. The unwanted were admirable to
him, but he didn't want to be part of them, he wanted to be
alone. Still, knowing their secrets could be quite useful,
especially since he was able to blend in well with the wall,
and in the dark, he saw better than almost anyone else.

Elizabeth looked at the girls, she gave a small smile the
anolage the welcome, it faded to a blank look, with a slight
hint of worry. She didn't know what to say, so she remaned

October - or Tobi, if you don't mind - was slipping on her
jacket when she heard a few shuffled footsteps just beyond her
dormintory door. She smiled slightly - she knew who was up and
why they were. With a burst of excitement, Tobi pulled her
hair into a messy pony-tail and slipped from her room,
unnoticed.

She crept along the hallway, turned a sharp left once, twice
and then a right before slinking up the dead-end hallway in
the shadows, her heard pounding in her chest as she crept up
silently to the wall at the end of the hallway and whispered
as she knocked five times - "Unwanted."

The wall yawned open softly and Tobi smiled when she saw three
girls already within the walls. She had been here many times
before and that feeling of welcome was homely one that Tobi
craved.

"Hey Alice."

pointing to Rachel. Her eyes seems to show joy in seeing Tobi,
but her face seem to say otherwise.

we wait and ask the others?"

Alice was dreading dealing with the others. Not many of them
liked outsiders joining, but she didn't think Tobi would mind.

Tobi smiled widely at the new girl as she studied her with her
sharp, emerald eyes. "Hmm..." Tobi thought aloud, glancing at
Alice and then back at the girl, "What's your... Gift?" Tobi
inquired curiously.

They had to be careful about who they let join. Tobi knew
Alice quite well as they were both original members of The
Unwanted, and she knew that Alice did not trust people right
away. Rightly so, Tobi thought fairly, I know what happened to
ME when I trusted people... But this is a club where freedom
and fairness reign. Being yourself NATURALLY is number one and
this new girl seems alright...

"I'm thinking she could join... She seems to be with US. But
if the rest of us thinks otherwise, we'll rethink it." Tobi
said, smiling at the girl before adding as an afterthought,
"that's if the rest of us ever gets here!" She laughed softly,
her bottle-green eyes twinkling.

couldn't join, seems to be one of us." she said.

"My mother wrote to me today....I really hate her. She doesn't

Tobi looked at Elizabeth - leaning against the wall beside the
door, shadows criss-crossing along her body as her silverly
hair glistened in the pale light of the moons' milky rays. She
watched, still smiling as Alice's wings unfolded and wondered
if Alice felt a satisfying sense of relief when that happened
- just like when you scratched that annoying itch.

Tobi cast her eyes out the window and saw the moon, feeling
that cold sense of dread crawl over her skin like a thick goo.
It was nearly time for her, about four days and it would
happen.

She would turn.

Tobi cleared her throat and tried to push the thought away as
she looked at Alice. "Again? Ugh. Can't she take a hint? Or a
blantant GO AWAY?!"

Alice shook her head. Her mother always snet her letters,
telling her what a horrible child she was and that she needs

writing back.

my mom. She wold love to send you letters."

Tobi giggled - "Yeah. I can imagine it now. Hello! I am

Love ya' mum!" Tobi grinned, leaning against a tree as the
cool breeze swept over her, tugging on the loose strands of
silver hair that fell across her chest.

"Alice... Y'think anyone heard about what... Happened last
night?" Tobi said quietly, her eyes closed as she tucked her
hands' behind her head. She was referring to the tagging of
the blackboards incident.

Suddenly, she heard another voice. A male! Her eyes snapped
open as she saw a boy in front of her, looking at Alice.

"Yes I heard of it. But the good thing is that we don't have
class today becuase they need to clean them."

Thomas Chrusto ripped the strip of bacon in half with his
teeth and swallowed the piece whole. He then popped the other
piece into his mouth, but this time he chewed before
swallowing. He picked up another strip from off of his shaggy
blond hair and proceeded to eat it. If anybody thought that it
was strange of him to have food on his head, they kept it to
themselves. Thomas had been at this school for awhile, so
everyone but the newbies knew that it was just best to ignore
him. He had odd ways of doing things and that was that.

Plaguewalker

Dorjee was always too quiet, which often allowed him to
approach people unoticed, or to just be unoticed until he
decided it was time to 'appear.' This was one such case, where
he happened to be sitting in the very tree Tobi was using as a
rest. He gazed down at them, before hanging from the tree by
his knees, appearing suddenly in Tobi's face.

Faith and her sister Peace walked towards lunch. They always
were together as they were twins. It was a common thing. Peace
eyed Tobi and Alice, but kept on walking. Her sister was too
busy talking to notice. They were almost inside the cafertia,
when Peace stopped.

"I'm not hungry. Can we please skip lunch?"

"I do. I hate being nice to people when I don't feel like it,"
Joseph replied with a shrug, "I know you are the leader of the
Unwanted and I know you just added a new member."

Alice faced the boy and looked him in the eyes.

"Who are you? What do you want," her tone becoming threating.
She knew there were haters out there and she was ready to take
any of them on.

Faith gave her older sister a look. She shook her head and
walked in. Peace followed, a smile appearing on her face.

"Well leave me behind why don't you?"

"You said you weren't hungry and I am."

Peace shoved her sister and then laughed, getting looks from
people. Faith looked for a seat and choose the table where
Thomas sat. Peace joined her reluctantly. Faith began to eat.

Tobi had only a moment to blink before her face was filled
with that of another. She shrieked loudly and attempted to
flee by wriggling herself back, but only found herself pinned
harded against the tree that blocked her escape. After a
moment, Tobi's eyes scanned the face of the person in front of
her own and sighed heavily, her chest heaving.

"Dorjee! What the heck-" She panted angrily, glaring at the
boy with a frustrated stare. "You nearly gave me- ... A
heartattack!" She growled before eyeing the boy just beyond
Dorjee, who was talking to Alice.

"Jeez. Someone left their manners back at home." Tobi hissed
at the boy before slapping Dorjee's arm softly.

Joseph revealed his staff and spellbook to the girl. Only
those he chose could see it, "I'm a wizard who needs to grieve
for a while."

Alice nods slowly, examining the books and the boy.

"You still haven'y told me what you want. I'm not a mind
reader." Alice's voice was back to being dry and almost
emotionless. Most people hated her for this. They called her
too uncaring and she just shruuged the comments off. She
choose to be this way and she was fine with it.

Dorjee's cloth cover face shifted, indicating a smile beneath
the many robes. He released his hold of the tree, and flipped
to his feet. Landing silently, he gave a brief look at the boy
talking to Alice. "...Who?" His voice was soft and quiet,
soothing to those he trusted enough to hear it.

Thomas glanced over at the newcomers and then back down at his
empty plate. He grabbed the last piece from off of his head
and stared at it with his left eye, which was a deep blue. His
other eye was hidden from sight by a dark red sash, which he
wore at all times, unless he was alone. Heck, even when he was
just with other Unwanted he didn't take it off.

Tobi scowled, still sitting beneath the tree - her heart's
hammering slowing gradually as she clambered to her feet and

Hmmm... He seems to know the meaning of The Unwanted... But...
The Haters... We have to be careful...

"He seems to know about... Us." Tobi whispered into Alice's
ear, her green eyes fixed on the boys'.

Dorjee tilted his head, analyzing the boy for anything that
might tip him off as a hater. He spotted nothing, but remained
cautious. The boy could be quite dangerous, and could bring
harm to either Tobi or Alice. "...what do you think, Tobi?" He
whispered to her, so no others may hear him.

Georgie

Tobi's face crumpled again as she stared at the boy. "And what
does that mean?" She asked, but a cold stab of realisation
shuddered through her and she panicked.

Can he...

No! Stop thinking!

She moved her eyes to look to Dorjee, but her head stayed in
the same forward positition as she whispered - "I... I don't
know. He seems to be... I think... I mean, he came forward
with a purpose and he knows the values of the group... But,
Haters..." Tobi was torn.

Thomas stuffed the bacon into his mouth before the smell could
get to him. Dragons didn't just daintly eat meals, they ate
them without any form of manners whatsoever. Thomas didn't
blame them for that though, since the smell of meat was enough
to drive anyone with an excellent scent of smell crazy. That's
why he ate meat this way. It helped to keep the scent from
completely filling up his nostrils. Therefore, since he
couldn't smell it as well when it was up on his head, he was
able to eat it with some manners.

Dorjee gave her a quick nod, before turning back to the boy.
If you can hear my thoughts, then I will warn you now. Should
harm come to Tobi...or Alice, I will kill you...slowly and
painfully. He thought, his two eyes narrowing behind the
fabrics. His left eye narrowed to a slit, while the right eye
made no actual change, the symbol of the unwanted sitting
where his pupil should sit.

Fire Lord

Jason stood in the cafeteria with the large crowd of students
that had gathered. On the wall there was a large symbol of the
unwanted. However, that wasn't what was getting everyone's
attention. Written over the symbol was the word "Scarecrow",
in what looked like to be blood.

Jason left the crowd, he'd seen enough. No one but him knew
that he was a Hater, and of course Scarecrow. Right now he was
Jason, supported of the Unwanted, big brother and friend to
many people, and an overall good person. Jason never mentioned
his other identity to anyone, he didn't even think about it in
case psycics went snooping around in his head.

"Hey Dorjee, Tobi," he smiled, walking up to the two and the
others, unaware of the minor conflict going on between them.

"Good morning, you guys doing alright?"

Georgie

Tobi felt her heart skip several beats as she saw Jason coming
toward them, smiling. She had a mild crush on the boy - he was
so lovely, after all.

And quite cute.

Of course, no-one knew of these feelings and she prefered it
that way.

Tobi had to regain composure before she spoke - otherwise,
little more then a strenghtless squeak would have fallen from
her tongue. "Hey Jason," She said, smiling back before
glancing at the boy in front of her and then back to Jason, "I
am doing-erm... We are doing fine... You?" She stumbled over
her words a little, inwardly growling at herself.

Plaguewalker

Dorjee saw the approaching boy, and frowned. Dorjee didn't
really like the boy, seeing at how much attention Tobi gave to
him. Dorjee had feelings for the were-wolf, and he tended to
get a tad jealous whenever Jason showed up. He gave no outward
sign of this feeling, as he gave Jason a silent nod.

"Yes. I can read minds. My father said I had a talent for it
before he was killed by a vampire," Joseph said with a tone of
grief in his voice.

Tobi froze, her eyes wide and her mind was racing over
thoughts of what she was, what she became and she needed them
to stop. She could not have another find out and ruin her
life.

Stop! You'll only make yourself miserable with thoughts of
something you can't change... And this guy, he can read minds
remember! SO STOP NOW!

Tobi felt a quake of fear, horror and dread sweep across her
skin and she suddenly felt quite light-headed. She needed to
get away from this boy, she needed to think and clear her
head... In peace, without some kid prying in her thoughts.

But first - "Oh." Tobi said, dragging her eyes from his face
and all others' and onto the ground. "I'm sorry about your
father. Look. Um... I have to go..." Tobi tried desperately,
realising it was the lamest of the lame excuses when it came
to trying to leave something.

"I'm not reading your mind right now," Joseph said
apologetically, "As soon as I realized you were uncomfortable,
I stopped. So am I in?"

Plaguewalker

Dorjee made no movements, but he saw the change in Tobi rather
quickly. He payed close attention to his fellow Unwanted, and
he gave Tobi more attention than most, meaning he could tell
when something was off with her. He cast his gaze back at the
new boy, before shrugging. This kid didn't need Dorjee's
permission, he just needed Alice's.

Georgie

Tobi cleared her throat as she tried to push the blood-soaked,
hazy memories of her 'furry little gift' out of her mind. She
suddenly felt very ill and quite moody - something that was
unusual for Tobi, excluding the first few days after her
transformation. She was retracing her movements as a were-wolf
in her mind and she felt as if she might vomit as images of
fleshy meat and blood-splattered fur flashed across her minds'
eye.

She had killed people in the past and never forgotten or truly
gotten over it. She had taken many peoples' loved ones. Just
like someone, some creature had taken this boys' father from
him.

Tobi looked up, green eyes glittering with memories past - "I
don't know... Alice is... I'm going to... Walk... See you...

Dorjee's eyes softened, and he looked at her. He didn't want
her to cry, not because of this kid. He gave the boy a harsh
look, before focusing on Tobi. He walked up beside her,
checking to see if she was alright.

"It was actually a vampire that killed my dad," Joseph
muttered, "I keep getting vampires and werewolves confused..."

Jason smiled, waving to the both of them before standing next
to Alice, keeping his voice at a whisper so only she could
hear him.

"Alice, you guys need to be careful," he whispered.

"I found out a member of the Unwanted was found out back with
a brutal beating last night. The word "Scarecrow" was painted
all over him, and the Hater's symbol was on the wall nearby so
it's obvious who did it. I don't like this Scarecrow person,
he's dangerous. I'll try and find out more but that's all I've
got right now."

IC: Raqueal layed out on the ground under a tree looking at
the lake. He liked this place, aside from the really bad kids,
who pretty much left him alone after he broke one's arm. He
liked being alone and staring out at the lake, it was more
peaceful here than anywhere else. He was so still a rabbit
came and sniffed his hands. He twitched a finger and it
scampered off, but not far. Elves were geneticly close to
nature, and he figured that he was one thanks to his ears. His
hearing and sight were great, he was fast and strong, silent
when walking, but nothing made him believe he was not human
more than those ears, which he hid under a hat.

Georgie

Tobi nodded quickly at Dorjee and wiped her eyes with the back
of her hand. "I'm alright..." She lied. She was overly
emotional sometimes and when she visited her wolfish memories,
she found herself disgusted and distraught.

But, she would mask it now. There was no need to attract more
attention, considering the circumstances. But, she needed to
walk a moment, just to take some deep breaths and relax.

She turned and looked at Jason - a sense of longing in her
gaze - as she blinked away her tears and tried not to stare,
finding it hard not to linger in his striking features and
kind aura.

Rachel strolled outside, along the lake. She saw the others,
but decided to stay away for a little bit. She knew that
people weren't really happy she joined the Unwanted, but
they'd just have to get over it. It's not her fault she's
different. Always different. She was always too perfect, with
her skin hair and eyes, she jsut hated being recognized. She
saw Raqueal sitting, and decided to go over. "Hi."

"Shh, you'll scare it away," Raqueal said, staring at the
rabbit. It was about to come forward when the girl had
appeared, and it was now frozen, watching her. "Rabbits are
timid and they need soft and still people or the scamper."

She stopped and slowly sat down. She sat there until the
rabbit started hopping towards her. It touched its nose to her
hand and smelled it. "I think he likes me." She smiled

Raqueal nodded, and stared back at the lake. "Nature is kind
to those who respect it, and can be harsh to those who don't,"
he said. "It's all alive, and it feels just like anything
else, not many people can understand this."

"You think about this a lot, don't you." She looked at him
thoughtfully, then out at the lake. The was a short pause.
"You seem different from the others. Distant, unsocial. It's
cool." She paused again. "Why were you sent here?"

"I am unsocial, that gives me time to think," Raqueal said,
still staring at the ocean. "I was sent here after I got
caught starting a fire. It was an empty building, and about to
be torn down anyway, but apparently there was some law about
intentionally starting a fire for minors, you can't do it. I
like it here though, it's better than anywhere else I've
been."

"At least you know who you are. I grew up with adoptive
parents, never knowing who I truly am. It sucks, yet it's nice
because I can be myself and not have anyone judge me by my
family." She started into the lake as well. "You're a nice
kid... you should talk more." She smiled and got up, ready to
join everyone else.

OOC: Whoops, I meant to call it lake.

IC: "I grew up in an orphanage, I was left only with me first
name, so anything beyond that I only guess," Raqueal said. "I
have no reason to talk, no one wants to hear what I have to
say." He watched as a fish jumped out of the water high in the
air and flop before hitting the water again. He sat up after
it happened, he had never seen the fish act like that before.

She turned to him jsut as she was about to leave. "Now what
makes you think that? If you never talk to people, how do you
know they won't want to listen?" She grabbed his arm. "Come
on, join us. You'll be able to do more than just sit around,
no matter how thought provoking it is." She looked at him.
"Please?"

"I don't think so. I've never seen the need to talk with
others. Especially in this place, most of these people seem to
be on the gorrilla side of the evolutionary plane," Raqueal
said. Elves, while humanion in appearance, were actually
descended from birds, which explained their grace and majesty,
nearly every bird looked noble, so did every elf. He didn't
know this though, he knew as much about elves as fairy tales
said.

She looked at him. "I hope you don't mean me!" She chuckled.
She didn't understand it. He was so nice, but he never felt
the need to talk to anyone. If she didn't talk to anyone, she
would probably go mad. "But... you're talking to me..." She
smiled a little.

"You were about to scare the rabbit away. Nature already has
it's fair share of scares and suprises," Raqueal said. "And
besides, I thought you might appreciate the meaning in my
words, you don't seem to be like the other idiots I see here."

She smiled. "I do. You think things out instead of saying them
on impuse. You question what everyone knows and respects
nature. Anyone who does that is good in my book." She looked
at the others, then sighed and sat back down. "I think i'm
going to stay and talk to you a little more... unless I've
outstayed my welcome..." She hoped not.

"I don't have much more to say," Raqueal said. "Mostly what I
know comes from observation, not my own involvement in the
world. I've got nothing to say other than what people should
know from the world around them." He fell silent as he watched
another fish jump out of the water. They were acting
strangely, something was going on under the water to disrupt
them.

I, but you just stand out to me." She stopped and looked at
what he was staring at. That moment, she saw a fish jump out
of the water strangely. "What do you think that is for? They
shouldn't be jumping like that."

"I don't know, I've never looked underwater before," Raqueal
said. "I'd have to guess that it would be some kind of new
predator, or a disturbance in currents." He was silent for a
moment before continuing, "I am different, but I've seen no
one else who shares my differences."

She scooted around and faced him. "Mabye you haven't found
anyone who was like you because you are anti-social. I'll tell
you a little about myself and mabye we have some things in
common." She took a breath. "I was born... I don't know
where... but when I was young I was sent to live with a foster
family. I looked nothing like them and started questioning
them about my past, but they ignored me. When I was about 7,
my eyes started glowing, and my foster parents got upset. My
foster dad would hit me, and I could do nothing but cower in
fear. As I got older, I started to be able to fight back. A
few months ago, I slashed him in the arm with a switchblade,
and it got me sent here." She paused. "That's basically my
life story in a nutshell... So, do we have any things in
common?"

"I don't know my family either, but I never had a fake one. I
was always just the best at everything in life though, won
every race, every competition of strength, aced every test.
Girls admired me, guys tried to fight me, never did them any
good. I don't think we have alot in common," Raqueal said. He
was sure that no one else he had ever seen was an elf like
him, and being the only one who looked like that made him
doubt if he was one. He continued to look though, though any
likely candidate wore something on their head or the hair
covered the ears, so he never did find out anyone for a fact.

She looked down. "Oh. Oh well. We can still talk to
eachother." She leaned against a tree near them and opened up
a book. Her favorite... A Midsummer's Night Dream. She loved
all of the different kinds of things, elves, fairies, and
transformed people. Mabye that's why she liked the Unwanted so
much. They reminded her of her stories. She looked at Raqueal,
"Do like to read? I love to. As much as I can."

Dylan struggled against his restraints he had fought for soo
long at thsi school against everyone..his many tantrums of
explosive power had been too dangerous for him to be
social...Locked up now for three days his anger bubbled over
he had been given the chance to think about his life...a
subject he often rather preferred to ignore..But now his third
day of private school in small isolation was getting to him,
his feet in water to prevent any electricity escaping he was
slowly electrocuting himself..

After a brief moment of rest Dylan started up another attempt
at escape, first pleading for release but being told later on
when he calmed down..but Dylan now realised later on may be
days...He mustered all his strength and sent a pheneominal
amount of electricity through the atomsphere setting anything
magnetic in the room bacwards to its normal 'magneticness' the
door swung open and the water boiled soo hot Dylan felt his
body burn at his feet and the water conducting the electricity
sent an immense current throught eh boys body, although he was
able to control it he couldnt completely resisit the
electricity..

DYlan's restraints fell down he raised himself lazily and half
heartidly, he was angry and scared. Runing form his isolated
classroom he ran out to the grounds where he saw people
conversing, his body was sparking and the ground was turning
black from he stepped, he made a straight line for the first
girl he saw, Tobi was her name and although he had never done
anything to him, he wanted his anger to stop and she could be
the perfect lightening rod... As he moved across the ground
the metal around him moved away his electricity was causing
him to be areverse magnet.. DYlan was feet from the girl and
ignored whoever it was she was talking to he pushed his han
forwards and sent a zap of electricity towards the girl...
suddenly his anger stopped and looked at what he done...before
he could reach her he was grabbed by some staff and
restrained..crying being pulled back to his isolated classroom
all Dylan could scream was "help and sorry"

As soon as Joseph saw the lightning, he acted out of instinct.
He got into is path and thrust his staff towards it. Using
what little magic he knew, he sent lighting into the lake.
(OOC: Picture Iroh or Zuko redirecting lightning).

Dorjee had seen the threat, and was mere seconds away from
tearing off his facial cover when the boy intervened. Dorjee's
hand lingered, ready to pull it off should the need arise.
What would I do if I did? I would end up doing more harm to
Tobi than good...control these protective impulses... He
thought, his hand returning to his side. His other...self was
something he should never awaken, but he often found himself
almost doing just that. Normally when a certain someone was
threatened, and he happened to be nearby.

Thomas climbed to his feet and, after a quick glance at the
two girls sitting next to him, headed in the directioin of the
nearest exit. His stomach grumbled in complaint at not being
filled, but he paid it no mind. School food only did so much
for him, no matter what he ate. He was a predator, a hunter.
He needed something a little fresher than what the school
served. He needed to feel something soft and warm in his
hands.

Not here, he reminded himself as he glanced around the
cafeteria. Not now. Thinking about those kind of things will
only make the desire for the hunt stronger. I need to keep
control of that desire.

"I read sometimes, never outside though," Raqueal said. He
knew enough about nature that when out in it, one should
observe it her they wanted to avoid her wrath. It wanted
attention, even if it was not always the most exciting thing
to watch. He saw the electricity suddenly enter it, and dead
fish just floated to the surface, and he stood up, and took
off his hat in respect to them. "Poor fish, they never stood a
chance against man's interference in its ecosystems."

Tobi had watched this scene unfold with wide, green eyes. She
had watched as some strange boy racing toward her, a look of
anger in his eyes and his hands outstretched toward her. Tobi
had not even had time to panic or realise what was happening
before the Wizard boy, Joseph had deflected what seemed to be
electricty from the raging boys' hand, into the lake. Tobi,
still wide-eyed and frozen watching as the boy was dragged
away, not really grasping how close she was to death.

She swallowed and then bowed her head. Had he known about her?
Was he a Hater? Or was it a random attack? Tobi's eyes drifted
across the lake that fizzled a little in the center, but knew
nothing of the danger Tobi had just faced, without even really
knowing it.

But what she did know was that, that Joseph boy had saved her,
protected her. A spasm of grateful relief tore through her
body as she nodded to herself and moved across to Alice, leant
into her ear and whispered - "I think he's one of us."

She looked at the dead fish. "I can't believe that someone
could just kill something like that then walk away. It's crude
and mean." She looked at her book. "Here," she stretched out
her arm towards him, "you can read it. I'm basically done
anyways." She looked out over the lake, trying not to stare at
the fish, more of the mountains in the distance.

((Sorry love. The only things we've (Alice, Tobi, Joseph,
Dorjee and Jason) have done is talk really. Joseph asked to be
in the group, he is grieving after his father has just been
killed by a Vampire. Jason came over and told Alice about 'The
Scarecrow' attacking someone and then, Dylan attempted to
attack Tobi with electricity and Joseph saved Tobi and then,
Tobi talked to Alice. And thats about it. A bit of talking
between Raqueal and Elizabeth and yeah. I hope that helped
darlin'.))

Dylan sat in his chair his entore body now drenched in cold
water..even if you knew it you wouldnt be able to tell that
dylan was crying, he was frustrated and agry, with this school
and his parents...why hadn't they bothered to make contaqct
with him after they suddenly annouced his enrolement in this
schoo lthen immediatly shipped him here.

A while later Dylan was allowed to resume his private study
after he calmed down, before he did though he wrote a brief
note he intended for the girl he knew as tobi

Hello, You don't know me, and I don't think you'd want
to...but I know you...Im sorry for what I nearly did...it was

dylan stopped and madea brief whistle at a window sill int he
room and through the bars on the classroom a small pidgeon
flew in, he tied his note to the birds leg then said to the

Alice just stared at the clouds. How she wanted to release her
wings and fly throught the air, but if she did that, she would
be caught and the Unwanted would lose thier leader. She shook
her head and sighed.

"Why can't I understand the humans. Mother you were right. I

sorry."

She wish she could tell her mother that, but if she did who
knew what her mother would do.

The fresh air felt good to Thomas after being inside for so
long. He hated being cooped up indoors, forced to listen to
lectures from the teachers and yada yada. It was all so boring
and pointless to him. Who cared that

Thomas grunted in response and glanced over at the girl, who
he recognized from the lunch table. She had fair skin that was
a little tanned and dark brown hair that fell freely down. Her
hazel eyes were fixed on him, waiting for an intelligent
response. He sighed softly and looked up at the sky. "What do
you want?" he asked her.

Peace smiled at the blonde boy.

"I was bored and I saw you alone. I'm pretty sure I saw you at
lunch. My name is Peace. Peace Ackley."

She tried to seem friendly, but she wasn't sure if this boy
cared.

(I hoep he doesn't. I have this whole idea in my head that
Thomas gets along better with Faith and then I can make Peace
and Faith fight. Yea fighting!)

"I know," he replied, still looking up at the sky. Today was a
great day for flying, but he knew that he couldn't risk it.
There were just too many people around and he didn't want to
expose himself or the others. His eyes briefly flickered over
Peace and then back up to the sky. "Don't you have better
things to do then hang out with a loner like me?" He didn't
like admitting it, but the girl was making him slightly
nervous. He had heard her talk about the Unwanted before and
couldn't help but wonder if she was a Hater. If so... That
would make us enemies.

(Nope. He's pretty sure of what she is, so he wouldn't get
along well with her.)

Faith kept writing, then staring out the window. She wonder
what her sister was doing and stood. She needed to find her.

the guys to say something.

(Peace. He won't get along very well with her. I'm not sure if
he'd get along with Faith either, though. Too early to tell)

"You could go..." He paused as he became aware of a really bad
itch on his left wing. He rolled his shoulders, trying to make
it go away. "Don't you have a sister or something? Faith, I
think. Looks just like you." He nervously played with his
hands as the itch just became worse.

won't get stuck with no one later if I miss a day and everyone

Peace nodded.

"Yes I do...." She was offended at his comment and he seemed
to be occupied with something else. "I'm sorry to bother you."

Peace walked away, upset, but she was still smiling. At least
she still have Faith.

Faith tried to seem unnoticable as she walked through the
school halls. She didn't know why, but she had this feeling to
go into the school building even though it was closed because
of the tagger.

'Wonder if I will get caught?'

The thought made her shudder and she continued walking slowly
and quietly down the hall.

Alice couldn't take it. She looked around to see if anyone was
nearby and saw no one. She told herself to relax. She won't
get caught. She closed her eyes and soon her wings unfolded.
Alice felt better.

(Umm... I don't know about her either. Thomas has a hard time
getting along with others, so... And I really can't tell until
they actually interact with each other. I never plan
relationships out when I write, so if it happens, it happens.
Basically, just have your characters interact with him if you
want a relationship. I can't be totally positve that it will
happen, but there is a chance. Depends on if they stick with
him long enough to get to know the real him, I guess.)

Thomas grinned as he watched her go. "And that's how it done,"
he whispered and scratched his wing, which required him to
lift up his shirt partway, exposing the wing. He pulled the
shirt back down and continued to walk in no particular
direction. That's when he spotted Alice, with her wings
unfolded. Idiot, he thought and started towards her.

Alice felt eyes and turned around to see Thomas. She was
almost relief to see him and not a human. She stood and walked
towards him, her wings still out. The wind breezed by and it
felt good. She would smile, but like I said before, Alice
doesn't smile. Her eyes filled with the happiness she could
never fully express.

"Hello Thomas," her voice said, in a dry tone.

Casey Jewels

He nodded in greeting. "You're going to blow everything," he
told her and waved a hand at the wings. "What if someone sees
you? And don't tell me that nobody's watching. I took you by
surprise. What would have happened if I had been a Hater?"

(He really needs better people skills)

"Then my secret would of been revealed," she said, tired
already of Thomas. She didn't need a lecture from him about
being careful.

"It is a pain to keep my wings folded up so much. I need to
unfold them or else i'll go mad."

"You don't think that I feel the same way?" He walked closer
to her, stopping when he was only a foot away. "But it's too
dangerous, out here in the middle of the day. At least wait
until nightfall." He gestured at his own wings, which were
hidden underneath the school uniform. "One of us gets
discovered, we all get discovered." At least, that's the way
he saw it.

Alice sighed and her wings vanished under her skin. Her shirt
was torn, but it stayed on. She looked at Thomas and then at
the sky, not knowing what to say. She wanted to talk to Tobi,
was sadly she wasn't around.

"I need to get a new shirt," she said finally, but she made no
move to get one. She just stood there, a cool breeze blowing
her hair to the side.

Thomas rolled his eyes at this. "Girls," he muttered and
shoved his hands into his pants pockets. "Are you going to get
one or not?" he asked when it became apparent that she wasn't
leaving anytime soon. For being one of the first Unwanted, she
certainly isn't very smart. Safety is number one above all
else, which means that we must keep hidden.

Alice looked at the ground and nodded.

"You need to watch out," she calls as she walks away. "Someone
is watching us."

He glanced up at her. "What do you mean by that?" he asked and
scanned the area. Had he missed someone? Or was she talking
about something else? But why would she suddenly switch
subjects like that? He slowly shook his head and took a few
steps in her direction, waiting for the answer to his
question.

"I mean what I say. People have been finding out about us.
Well at least that we exist and someone is putting our sign
across the campus. You were right, I was careless. We're being
watched and I made a mistake. Please make sure you don't make
the same one. Keep an eye out for our enemy. They are watching
us and I want to know why."

Alice began to walk again. Her back was getting burned by the
sun.

"Oh." Thomas was a little taken aback by this answer. He
wasn't the one that needed the lecture. She was the one who
had been careless. At least he had never unfolded his wings in
the middle of the day. True, he did have some weird habits,
but those were just to protect his secret, and everyone else's
for that matter.

Jason smiled slightly. It was confirmed that Thomas was an
Unwanted, as apparently Joseph was now one as well. His smile
widened as he watched Alice and Thomas down at the lake.

"Young love," he laughed, moving past Tobi and the others.

Then again, he couldn't act on his new information at the
moment. If he had the Haters attack Joseph or Thomas soon,
then Alice and the others would know it was him because he was
the only one around. It was personally nice to know who the
Unwanted were, even if he couldn't act on it. For now he would
keep the Haters attack lesser members to avoid suspicion.

Dorjee scowled, watching Jason leave. That boy never sat well
with him, and when that was the case, it usually meant Haters.
With a quiet nod to Tobi, he turned and walked down towards
the lake. Silence was something that Dorjee greatly enjoyed,
which went quite well with his demeanor. Stopping to look
about, he gave a quick nod to Alice and Thomas.

Alice nodded back at Dorjee. Then she headed towards the
office to get a new shirt. She didn't need a sunburn.

Thomas turned as he fought eyes on him. He smiled politely to
a boy he recognized as Jason and then turned back away from
him. Let him think what he wants. Probably something about
romance. That's all most kids this age think about. He walked
over to the edge of the water and peered down into its depths.

IC: "Anything, it doesn't matter what book it is, I'll read it
if it has value," Raqueal said. He didn't like all of them,
but he would read them, because even the things you don't like
can hold some value. He did like classics alot, and bigger
books, both of those were more fun for him to read.

She looked from Raqueal to the castle and back. "Would you
like to go to the library?" She hoped he would. now that she
gave him her book she would need another one.

"Sorry, I'm going to stay here. It's part of my schedule,"
Raqueal said, staring back out at the lake. He took about an
hour a day to commune with nature, giving it the attention it
deserved, and helping it whenever he could. Out of respect for
it, he never brought his lighter out with him, and never
manipulated fire.

She looked at him. "Then I'll stay. What is the schedule you
have anyway?"

Faith leaned against a locker. She didn't know why she sneaked
into the school. She was an idiot.

"Just a guideline I live by," Raqueal said. He made it by all
the stories of elves he found, that they lived by a certain
schedule of events they followed every day. He compiled them
and lived by them as well, one of which was communing with
nature, and others not to eat meat, There were certain
exercises he did in the morning and at night, and never to cut
his hair past his neck.

Joseph smiled at the girl and impulsively took her hand and
kissed it, "It's nice to meet you." He blushed. Why did he do
that?

She blushed. "I thought you meant a school schedule." Rachel
chuckled a little bit. She felt like asking more questions.
Raqueal was so different, she wanted to know more. "How old
are you? I'm 16."

"15 years," Raqueal said. Of course, this was in human years.
Elves had higher life rates, so he didn't think that a year
was the same to his race as humans. Of course, he didn't know
this for sure, so he went with the human's time measurements.

Rachel smiled. She looked at the sky. It was so blue, so
perfect. "I love the sky when it's like this. Everything in
harmony and in peace... except for teh fish i guess. Nature is
so beautiful if you take your time to look at it." They stood
in silence for a little while and then Rachel broke it. "Do
you need anything for lunch? I'm kind of getting hungry."

Tamirisa ran her hands along the bookshelf, scanning the
titles with her icy blue eyes. The sixteen-year-old wasn't
here to read. She nearly shuddered at that thought. No, she
was here to find a book with pictures that she could paint. If
it wasn't for that, she wouldn't ever come into a place like
this. She ran a hand through her loose blond hair, which had
brunette streaks in it, and then pulled out a book about the
rainforest. She flipped through the pages, her eyes lighting
up with delight at all of the beautiful photographs. These
pictures would be fun to paint.

Peace looked at the books and sighed. SHe wasn't a reader like
her twin. No she perfer to be outside or dance or something,
but not read.

"Why is class cancel today! I'm so bored!" she yelled to no
one.

Risa looked up at the yell to see Peace a few aisles down. She
didn't really know the girl, but that was no surprise. Risa
considered herself as the most important person here. Everyone
else was under her, which meant that was supposed to do as she
told them. And at this particular moment, she wanted to be
alone. The teen walked over to the girl and placed a hand on
her hip.
"What are you doing here?" she asked. "On as nice of a day as
this?"

Peace stopped yelling and looked at the girl.

"I'm having a fit in the library,' she said jokingly. She
smiled at the girl.

Risa giggled at this and smiled back. "I can see that. What
over?" Her voice was light, friendly, and full of lies. She
wanted absolutely nothing to do with this girl. A weakling,
that's what she is. And someone who isn't very good at
controlling her emotions.

"I have nothing to do and my sister has gone missing. You
haven't happen to see me?"

Peace was worried that her sister was hurt. SHe didn't like
not knowing where she was.

Faith walked along the empty halls. She was enjoying the
quiet. She wonder is she could do this again and the thought
made her smile.

Risa regretfully shook her head. "I'm sorry, but I don't think
so. What does she look like?" She fought to keep her foot from
tapping with impatience. This girl was boring her. Who cared
about one's sister? Siblings only got in the way, which was
one of the reasons that she was glad she didn't have any.

Georgie

Tobi watched Jason leave and had to fight the powerful,
implusive urge to follow him and start up a random
conversation. Maybe, I could ask him about the Maths homework
we have? Tobi thought for a moment, considering the enriching
conversation that could come from such a topic, before sighing
in defeat.

She had nothing.

So, instead, she pulled her hair about her shoulders, looked
at the Wizard boy with a shrug and started to walk off, into
the thin shrubs beyond the Lake. Maybe some alone time would
be good.

Fire Lord

"Jason, you don't have to do this!" cried the boy.

Jason was struck in the stomach by the larger boy, sending him
falling backwards to the ground. He quickly got back to his
feet, staring down the two large students facing him. Behind
him was a small boy several years younger.

Jason wiped the blood from his mouth and smiled slightly,
answering the boy but keeping his gaze on the other two. A
small crowd watched from a distance in the cafeteria, eager to
see who would be the winner in this outmatched fight.

"Trust me, I know I don't have to. But it's not that I have
to, it's that I want to. You're not going to get pushed around
just because you're smaller, Michael."

One of the bullies threw another punch at Jason, who moved
aside and brought his own fist into the boy's stomach. The
other bully took this moment to strike Jason across the back
of the head. Jason stumbled forward, but flipped around and
grabbed onto the boy's arm. With a hard punch, he connected
with the boy's jaw.

A loud cracking noise could be heard as the boy fell
backwards. The other injured bully took a look a Jason, then
at his fallen friend before finally backing off.

Jason collasped to a sitting position, the boy called Michael
that he was protecting moved over and sat next to him. Jason
chuckled slightly, rubbing the smaller boy's hair.

"See, no problem," smiled Jason, wiping some blood off his own
lip.

Dylan waited silently in his room until the pidgeon had taken
his note..but now he found out that he was to be allowed to
re-socialize which meant his letter was almost useless..unless
Tobi wanted to hear his apology..

Elizabeth blushed and said "Its nice to meet you too." She
looked down at her feet and lookede back up at the boy, still
blushing.

Later on that day Dylan was allowed to to be back with normal
classes and everyone else, he walked into the sunshine with
complete freedom and without any cares, his temper was under
control and he felt the sun's warmth charge his body...

As he walked around the grounds he couldn't help but feel some
eyes looking at him he became a little nervous and guessed
they'd seen him go off earlier..still though he didn't like
being watched in any cirumstance it made him feel as if he
were under some secret watch...

He decided to search the grounds for the girl Tobi and the boy
who had stopped his attack

Tobi's head snapped around when she had heard two girls
scurrying past her, whispering excitedly - "Did you see Jason
protect that little kid?" The blonde girl asked eagerly and
the red-head nodded, "Yeah! He was so brave against those
bullies..." Their voices died as they drew further away from
Tobi, who had half a mind to chase after them and demand them
to tell her everything they knew.

She shook the thought away and looked toward the cafeteria
where a large-ish number of students were branching off in
smaller groups and then, she saw Jason, sitting beside a
smaller boy. Tobi smiled widely to herself and before she
realised it, she was walking toward, no planned speech, no
idea what to say at all.

Just be cool... If that's possible...

Dylan turned the corner again feeling people watching him then
wheling around moemtarily to glare at them..he then turned and
proceeded forward, and to his luck, Tobi was walking towards
him..sort of..he then noticed that she was loking near him but
not at him, he turned his head and saw the wizard boy, he
wanted to talk to them both but saw the boy looked distracted
and Tobi seemed to be amrching blankly in the wizards
direction so he grabbed the oppertunity and raced towards TObi
stopping her in full sight of everyone much to Dylan's dislike

Alice looked irrated. The perso she was talking to refused to
give her a new shirt, unless she told the truth about what
happen.

"I told you. Some jerk ripped it,"she repeated in a monotone.
She was getting bored with the person.

Faith walked inot a classroom. The sign of the Unwanted was
tagged onto a board. Faith loved her hand over it and smiled
to herself. Though she didn't know who they were, she admired
the Unwanted. Shwe wished she could be like them instead of
just a loser clone of her sister. She hated herself for
thinking that and looked out the window. She wonder if she
would get caught and then she didn't care.

Raqueal stared at the lake again, as if nothing had happened.
Note to self, find another place to commune with nature. I
can't be disturbed like this every day, he thought to himself.
He waited for Rachel to go.

Joseph smiled and blushed even more at the girl's reaction,
"So, how are you?"

The boy named Michael smiled thankfully up at Jason, who
nodded back. He recognized one of the two bullies as a Hater.
He had to fight him because he couldn't reveal who he was to
the boy. But he didn't much else care. Haters were not
supposed to involve themselves in meaningless fights like this
durring the day. He would count the boy's brutal beating as
punishment for disboying their code.

Jason stood, helping the boy up and brushing him off slightly.

"If they bother you again just tell me, alright? And don't be
afraid, they're just bullies. You'd better go the infirmary
and have them check you out."

The boy simply nodded, thanking Jason once more.

"Oh I'm fine." Elizabeth answered. "How are you? she asked
him. She looked up at him and gave him another small smile.

"I'm doing fine, considering the circumstances," Joseph
shrugged, "My dad just died."

"Oh! I'm so sorry." Elizabeth said. She felt so sorry for him,
she had never lost anyone that close to her before.

Rachel started walking off and decided not to go get lunch.
She turned and started to walk along the shore of the lake.
She would never go in, she didn't know how to swim. Not well
anyways. She looked into the water. Something was stirring in
it. She leaned over to get a closer look and slipped on a rock
and fell in. She could feel the rush of cold enveloping her.
She was going to drown. As she was sinking, her eyes glowed
gold, as a last sign as to where she was.

"It's okay," Joseph said, trying to cheer her up and then,
more to himself than to her, "He was killed by a vampire, the
monster. I hate him and all vampires..."

concerned, kind voice, unlike his previous tone, "Are you

shouldn't hate an entire people for just one person, I

Elizabeth felt a little better after what he said. "Yeah, its
ok." She said looking up at him. She was still nervious.

Seeing that she was nervous, Joseph revealed his staff to her
and changed the subject, "I'm actually wizard, believe it or
not. What are you? I can sense some magic about you."

Elizabeth's eyes widened at the question. She tried to answer,
"Oh..I'm..uh.." She couldn't say it, she looked around
nerviously, trying to think of something.

Joseph smiled at her reassuringly, "You can tell me. And if
you don't want to, I won't pry. You don't have to tell me."

Elizabeth looked at him then looked down, she bit her lip
nerviouly. It took her a minuite to say it but finally she
whipsered "I'm half vampire." She didn't look up at him, but
she knew if she didn't tell him it would eat her up inside.

Joseph felt a surge of anger and guilt. A little of his anger
was at Elizabeth for being Vampire, but he realized that was a
terrible thing. He was angry at himself for hating her people
and guilty for hating any people. His father taught him that
all races were good, "I'm sorry for what I said. That vampire
that killed my father, he was probably rogue. I'm sorry. I
just got so angry..."

Elizabeth looked up at him and gave him a small smile. "Its
ok, I understand." she said. She wondered what he really
thought of her being half vampire.

Joseph sighed. He felt awkward and guilty, "No. A people
should never be judged by what a few do. That's why so many
wizards were hunted down. Can you forgive me?"

Elizabeth looked at him and gave him a reassuring smile. "Of
course I forgive you." she said.

Joseph nodded, "Thank you. So what are you at this school for?
I'm here because the alternative was an orphanage."

Elizabeth looked at him and said, "sneaking out. I got
caught." She thought back on when her parents caught her
sneaking out.

Tobi felt a scowl wrap around her features as this boy - the
one that had attempted to attack her, stopped her suddenly.
She felt a twinge of panic shudder through her senses, but she
ignored it as she swallowed hard.

"Um... Can I help you?" She asked kindly, though her eyes
diverted back to where Jason may have been. You're going to
miss your chance... If there ever was one...

Tobi suddenly felt quite impatient.

Dylan noticed that the girl although seemed to be paying
attention was glancing over hi shoulder..but he rather didn't
care "I'm sorry" he said quickly and bowed his head
continueing "I didn't mean to uh..well I did..but
imean...look...friends..are not my..but that's not
important..I wanted to say...but you might not accept it..but
i need to say it anyway.." and he stopped leaving a
risuculously long amount of time bewtween his stuttered
speech, Dylan's nervousness he thought may be starting to show
as he felt his body start to heat up and watched as the girl
tob's hair stareted to stand on end "I'm sorry..again!" he
said quickly and then ignored whatever she might be about to
say and made a straight line to the lake to recover from his
embarrassing ramble...he didn't liek talking to people and he
always found the most simple conversations uncomfortable when
he had to initiate them..."damn it!" he yelled at the edge of
the water

Alice got a new shirt and with a grimace, began to walk
towards her room. She wasn't in the mood to talk to people.
She could do that tonight. Glancing around, she saw no one and
walked inside. She kept going and finally reached the top of
the dorm building. She sat down and looked at the sky. It was
relaxing.

Faith was in another room, looking through all the things
inside. The teacher's desk and the cabinits too. It was
interesting to see what's inside of them. Faith was enjoying
herself.

Peace found an interesting book and sat in the alise, reading
it. In her mind, she wonder whre the **** her sister went. She
was upset that she didn't know, but she trusted that Faith
wasn't in danger.

Alice noticed something and let out a cry. She didn't want to
ruin her new shirt, but she couldn't let the person drown. She
unfolded her wings and without hesitation she took off towards
the lake. She new Tobi was going to kill her, but she had to
save the person.

She got closer and pulled the person out and began to use CPR.

Jason smiled slightly, watching Michael walk off.

The boy was too young to be an Unwanted. He was a good kid, so
he hoped that he never would be. He would try to prevent him
from being corrupted to the Unwanted side. Either that, or
he'd end him like the others.

He excused himself through the now dispersing crowd, before he
clutched onto his side and leaning against the wall. He was
hit harder than he thought. He wiped blood from his mouth once
more.

And why wouldn't his mouth stop bleeding?

"Lake's too open now, I'll go deeper in the forest," Raqueal
said, turning his back on the school and lake and heading
deeper into the forest, leaving the book where he had been. He
didn't want it, he didn't like Shakespear, and he wasn't going
to read anyway. He found a nice dense, shaded spot where he
could sit down and not be seen, and sat down.

Rachel spurt out water. She looked at the girl. "Thank you.
You saved my life..." Her eyes were still glowing, brightly
now. She looked up, and then passed out. She started dreaming.

Rachel walked around a gardern, with roses. She loved roses.
She touched the top of her head. There was some kind of wire
or something, almost shaped like a tiara. A woman called her.
"Rachel, get inside! It's almost nighttime and you'll get
chilled to the bone!" She turned around. The woman was
beautiful.

Rachel woke up in the nurses office and sat up. "Where am I?"
The nurse turned. "You're in the infermary darling. You should
be fine now. You've had lots of rest."
Rachel got up and walked out of the room. She went outside and
turned to the lake. What just happened? Who was that woman?
She saw her book on the grass near the tree and picked it up.
She guessed the guy didn't want to read it. "Oh well. Too bad
for him."

Alice stood by the lake. Her shirt was ruin and she was going
to make the girl get her a new one. It was her fault after
all. Alice really disliked the fact that some people don't
have a lot of common sense. It didn't make sense. Common sense
was nessicary, but still she saw those who lacked it. Sighing
Alice walked pff to find the girl. She really hated today.

Elizabeth looked down nervoiusly. Then she looked up at him
and gave a small smile.

Tobi had stood, her eyes wide as the boy babbled incoherently
before her, but Tobi managed to scrape together the meaning.
"Oh... It's alright, I suppose.. Um are you oka-" She stopped
herself as she watched him walk off, and shout at the Lake.
Tobi swallowed, and denied herself the urge to go over and ask
whats' wrong, in fear of maybe getting 1000 volts shoved in
her stomach.

Instead, she flicked her eyes over to the dissolving crowd
near the cafeteria and saw Jason, a few meters off, leaning
against the wall. Tobi felt her eyes widen further when she
noticed he seemed to be in pain. And again, before she
realised it, she was running toward him, slowing down a few
steps before him.

She paused and stared at his back - her heart suddenly racing
and not from the sprinting. She exhaled silently, and then
moved across to him slowly, before reaching out and touching
his shoulder gently. "Are... Are you alright, Jason?"

Dorjee sat by the lake, a scowl on his face. He tossed rocks
absently into the water. watching the ripples they created.
Stupid Jason...always so perfect...winning over Tobi...I hate
Mondays... He ranted in his head.

Fire Lord

Jason looked up, giving her a smile.

"Oh, hello Tobi. Yeah I'm fine, just a little brusing that's
all. I just need to rest for a minute."

He lowered his voice, speaking in a hushed whisper.

"So, are you and Alice doing with the Unwanted? I'm getting
worried about these attacks, Tobi."

Casey Jewels

Things are getting out of hand, Thomas thought as he spat into
the lake. He watched the growing ripples with worry. All it
takes is one. Somebody knows about us. No, more than just
about us. They know us. He shook his head and angrily kicked a
rock into the water. "Somebody knows," he muttered. "I'm sure
of it." He turned away and headed towards the school, his eyes
on the ground. Somebody got careless. No, it was probably more
than just one Unwanted. We're all getting careless. We're all
becoming more relaxed. We're all making mistakes. Even myself.
I shouldn't have scratched my wings, even if no one was around
to see. I need to be more careful. We all need to be more
careful.

Georgie

Tobi took her hand away from Jason's shoulder as a pale blush
crept into her cheeks. But she felt a serious expression move
across her face as he spoke about The Unwanted. Tobi suddenly
felt a little uncomfortable, but she ignored the feeling as
she spoke in the same quiet tone.

"Hmm... These attacks are not at all random. Alice and I have
been busy with other matters, and we thought in the beginning
that the attacks were just fleeting, but it seems these Haters
are deterimined to, well, wipe the Unwanted out." Tobi rubbed
her arm absently, her mind drifting across random thoughts of
her own Unwanted secret and the Haters and her own experiences
with them.

"I heard there was a boy found beaten today? And there was a
mark left... Scarface, or something?" Tobi said softly,
tucking a peice of her fringe behind her ear as she watched
two girls flittered past, giggling madly about something they
had heard or seen.

Fire Lord

"Scarecrow," corrected Jason.

"I saw the kid this morning, I was one of the first people
that found him. It was pretty bad, alot worse then just a
simple beating. I don't like this Scarecrow, and the Haters
are becoming more and more threatening. I told Alice I'd keep
my eyes open for anything else. In the meantime, you all need
to stay in groups when you travel at night."

Casey Jewels

Thomas paused as he heard Jason speak, slightly taken aback by
what he had said. Travel in groups? Me? Heck no. I like being
alone. I function better on my own. Anyone else would just get
in the way. He slowly shook his head and started to go on, but
then touched his hand and spun back around. He bent down and
began to search the grass.

Georgie

Tobi chewed her lip worriedly, as she listened to Jason speak
about the kid found that morning. "Yeah... that's his name...
And I know, travelling together is safest... But some of us
need to be alone at certain times..." Tobi was referring to
when she transformed, which was, by her count in a few days
time.

She smiled again, looking at Jason with lightly flushed cheeks
- "You are really lovely, Jason. Looking out for the Unwanted
like this."

Fire Lord

Jason smiled, straightening himself up as his wound finally
stopped aching.

"Nah, it's just what I do. The Unwanted stand for everyone
here, and I'll support that to the end. Besides, the Haters
are just a bunch of bullies, that's all."

Georgie

Tobi's smile faded as she shook her head - "No... The Haters'
aren't just bullies Jason. Bullies don't intend to kill. And
that's what makes me so scared sometimes... Sometimes, I just
want to be normal for the sake of knowing that no-one is
trying to kill me for something I cannot help having." Tobi
eyes had dropped from Jasons' and she smiled sadly at the
wall.

She paused a moment, thinking about what her life may be like
had she not be born of cursed blood before shaking the painful
thought away and clearing her throat. "Well, I just wanted to
make sure you were alright Jason."

Fire Lord

Jason nodded.

"Thank you, Tobi. I'll see you later, and remember be
careful."

He set off, walking past her and down the grass hill towards
the lake. He noticed someone next to it, and walked over,
standing behind the sitting boy.

"Dorjee, you alright?"

Dylan walked around the lake zapping occasionally into the
water to release tension but not toom uch so he might kill
someone in the water..he thought he'd heard screaming before
but then heard it stop he did notice though a girl fussing
over her ruined t-shirt he hesitated to walk over to her and
then decided to keep walking, moving further down he saw
something, or someone walk off into the forest and he ignored
this factor, but suddenly thoughts ran through his mind..being

someone might notice him, his unusual outbursts made him think
people may hate him which meant that if anyone approached him
he was more than likely to be their firend if they were nice..

Thomas climbed to his feet, his left fist closed around an
imaginary object. He slipped the imaginary object into his
pocket and resumed his walk towards the school. Tobi's right.
The Haters are more than just bullies. They want us dead
and... I think they could do it. They might have already done
it. He thought back to all of the Unwanted he knew and quickly
ran through when he had seen them last. If they pick off the
ones that tend to stay in the background, like me, then hide
the bodies... It's possible they could have already killed
someone. He shivered at this thought. Maybe we all do need to
travel in groups.

That was the last person he wanted to here from. He gave a
silent nod to the boy, looking at him. "...what do you need,
Jason?" He said, his voice quiet. The strange feeling was
back, and it seemed to follow Jason around. Perhaps I should
tell Tobi... He thought, giving no outward signs of what he
was thinking or feeling. The advantage of having cloth wrapped
around your entire body.

Tobi waited until Jason was a safe distance away before she
sighed, letting her head drop heavily so that her chin hit the
top of her chest. What had you expected? Did you want him to
suddenly confess his love and kiss you passionately?

Tobi shook the narky voice from her thoughts. She had come
over in hopes of a friendly, let's-get-to-know-one-another
chat and instead, they had spoken of such things that made her
insides twist with worry. She did not want to admit it, but
she was scared. Scared for her life, scared for her friends'
lives. They were all in danger, so long as these Haters roamed
sneakily.

Tobi ran a hand through her silverly hair and tossed it from
her face to her back as she straighted up and glanced at
Jason, who was beside Dorjee. She smiled sadly, leaning
against the wall in shadows, trying to ignore the flashes of
her bloodied past in her mind.

Fire Lord

"Just wondering how you're doing," Jason said, shrugging his
shoulder slightly.

He reached down, picking up a rock and skipped it across the
lake like Dorjee.

"Something wrong with that?"

Tobi looked up and smiled at the girl, before shrugging
slightly. "I just needed to think a while. But, the day is
lovely, I s'pose." Tobi straightened up and walked out into
the warm sunlight, glancing over at Jason and Dorjee once more
before looking back at the girl.

"And how are you? Everything alright?" Tobi asked kindly.

Rachel looked down at her soaked clothes. "Yeah i'm fine. I
jsut fell into the lake." She smiled. The girl was nice.
Rachel finally realized that her eyes were still glowing, but
tried to hide it. "Why are you here? You seem like a nice
enough person."

"So what room do you have?" Joseph asked the beautiful girl,
"I'm in B3."

"Um.." she said thinking, "E4" she answered. She looked up at
him and for some reason blushed.

Alice began to search for Rachel again. She was going to make
the girl give her a shirt. It was all her fault. She found her
talking to Tobi and sighed.

"Rachel. You own me a shirt."

Tobi smiled and realised that the girl was indeed wet, but the
glare of the sunlight had hidden that fact before. "Oh, God!
How'd you manange that?" Tobi asked with a grin, and noticed
something odd about the girls' expression, mostly her eyes.
Tobi blinked a few times, wondering if it was a trick of the
light before she smiled again.

"Why I'm here? As in at this school? Well, I... I didn't
really fit in at the other schools... I was... Considered a
bit... Dangerous... " Tobi tried a smile, before thanking the
girl for her compliment. "What about you? Why you here?"

Tobi saw Alice and then grinned at her torn shirt and
expression. "What happened Alice?" Tobi grinned wider.

Raqueal closed his eyes and put his hands behind his head,
laying back under the tree, listening to the forest. Birds
chirped high up and squirrels pattered along the branches. He
was at harmony with nature, which he felt extra important
since he could destroy it more easily than others.

When Joseph saw her blushing, he blushed too. He smiled at
her, "That's... nice. Very nice." He blushed even more and
looked away.

Rachel turned to the girl and took out her wallet. "Here,
heres $20 to go buy a new shirt. I'm sorry. You did save my
life after all." After the girl left she turned back to Tobi.
"I... I wasn't really the same as others, and I kinda... slit
my foster fathers arm with a switchblade. He was abusive, and
sent me here." She turned away. "I was always a bit different.
It wasn't my fault. I never knew my real parents and my foster
parents hated me. I'm suprised I turned out alright." She
smiled. "Do you want to go get lunch? Mabye they have some
kind of meat today. I'm starving."

Elizabeth gave a soft laugh and then bit her bottem lip. She
looked at him, still blushing.

Alice took the money.

"I saved Rachel's life. I had to use my wings to get there in
time, so my shirt was ruin. i suppose the office lady hates me
by now."

Alice would of smile, but she didn't. She just walked off,
wondering if she should check out the school.

Faith was reading a book, well actually it was a diary, but
she didn't want to admit she was reading someone's personal
thoughts. She felt better calling it a story, someone made up.
Who knows, maybe it is. Faith was enjoying reading it anyways.

Dylan looked up, he saw the boy Dorjee, yes that was his name
and someone else but from the distance Dorjee was all he could
see, since the other guy had his back to Dylan. Getting
extremely bored of his current location, Dylan looked around
and found no reason to stay where he was, and without
hesitation he walked into the forest, looking for the boy who
had gone in earlier, as he went deeper into the forest he
noticed the light slighlty fade a little more in some
patches..a little nervous now Dylan trudged on, he was
determined to make at least one aquaintence..

"Transition!!!!" With that said, the two disappeared and
reappeared in an alleyway of an ice cream shop in Venice,
Italy, "Italian ice cream is always the best. You feeling

IC: Fuegar sat against the wall with his hands folded on his
knees, which were against his chest. He was in the school,
which was closed, but he didn't care. He liked the darkness,
it was his safehaven.

Faith, clutched the diary and wandered down the hall, not
really paying attention to where she was going. So she ended
up tripping right over Fuegar's legs.

As she got up she had a worried expression.

"I'm sorry. I didn't think anyone else was here."

would want to be in school when it was closed." His eyes
glowed a little in the darkness, they had a reddish tint from
them. He couldn't help this, but usually in the light it
wasn't noticeable, in the dark it was hard not to see it.

Elizabeth smiled at Joseph, and laughed a little. "Yeah, I'm
fine." She said.

Joseph laughed a little and led her to a table, which had a
perfect view of the canal, "What ice cream do you want?"

"Well i was bored and I saw a window open. It was just so
quiet in here, I couldn't help but stay. You know you can find
interesting things here if you look hard enough," she said,
holding up the diary. It belonged to an unwanted.

Elizabeth smiled and sat down, "Chocolate." she answered. She
looked over at the canal, "Its so beutiful." she whispered.

"Cioccolata and Vanilla," Joseph told the waitress when she
appeared to take their orders. A few minutes, later, they had
two big ice cream cones. Joseph grinned at the view, "My dad
used to take me here all the time."

Elizabeth took the ice cream cone, and looked at Joseph, she
smiled at him. Then she looked down and began eating her ice
cream.

"Who's is that," Fuegar asked Faith. If it was an Unwanted's,
it could contain secrets that were vital to them.

"It says Octobor. It contains some interesting things in it.
She sounds like an Unwanted." Faith leaned against the wall,
pulling her knees up to her chin. "I feel jealous of them.
They are so different. I'm just the loser and quieter verison
of my perfect twin Peace."

Joseph smiled back and licked his ice cream. He had never been
on a date before but he found this nice.

"Different is not always a good thing," Fuegar said, his eyes
locked on hers. He had to get that diary from her, though he
thought is stupid to keep one in the first place.

Faith didn't respond right away.

"You don't know how it feels to look like someone, but always
live in their shadow. It's like people except me to be just
like her and when I'm not I'm consider a failure. If I was
different than her. If I wasn't a twin, then I wouldn't feel
so useless."

Faith could tell her tone was bitter, but she didn't care.

Elizabeth contiued to smile and eat her ice cream. "This is
really nice." Elizabeth said.

Fuegar remained silent, taking her to be a stubborn person,
and he didn't try to persuade stubborn people. It was doing
them a favor to let them think how they wanted, since they
hated being wrong. "Can I see that," he asked, gesturing to
the diary.

Elizabeth smiled at Joseph and looked back at the veiw. She
sighed happyly.

Dylan walked a little deeper finally coming to a
clearing...seeing no one he released a big breath of
frustration "damn it!" he said through gritted teeth and
noticed teh ground die beneath him..he then decided that he
may be able to vent his anger in this clearing..since the
trees were lined up oddly or coincidently and made a full
circle..either way they were his lightening rods..and letting
go, Dylan released all the energy he had directing it ti tree
after tree, breaking one or two and kiling the ground where
the static hit, unfortunately though he got carried away and
soon found himself sending the bolts in the air and through
the rees into..anywhere!

suddenly it was too late and he couldn't help it he once again
became a ball of electricity "HELLLP!"

Joseph finished his ice cream, leaving him a while mustache
over his lips, "Wizardry has its perks."

Thomas slipped inside of the school and began to wander around
the empty halls. Silence... That was the way he liked it.
Alone... He was always alone, which suited him. Silence only
came when he was alone, and silence allowed him to think. He
ran a hand along the wall as he walked. His army boots
silently made contact with the ground, so unless he was seen,
nobody would know that he was here. Even if some of the Haters
were in here, just waiting to ambush some Unwanted who was
alone, they wouldn't know he was here until they actually
caught sight of him. And in order to catch sight of him, they
would have to show themselves. So, Thomas knew he was quite
safe, even though he was alone.

"I ment something like a name," said Faith, softly. "Mine is
Faith. Faith Ackley."

"I bet it does." Elizabeth, said turning back to look at
Joseph. She started laughing, "Um...you have something.." she
said, motining to his mustache.

"I was known as Fuegar once," Fuegar said. "I haven't really
had a name since then though. I guess since I'm here I need to
go by something." He looked at the cieling and remembered when
he was part of the brotherhood, he was one of the few who
could turn into a fire demon. "I guess I can still go by
Fuegar, it fits."

"Where?" Joseph asked, wiping his face, but not getting the
mustache, "Is it gone now?"

Elizabeth laughed more and shook her head. "No, you missed.
Here let my help you." she said, taking a napkin and wiping
the ice cream off his face.

Joseph grinned, "Thank you." He impulsively kissed her cheek
and blushed a bit.

Elizabeth blushed, and smiled. "I think you missed." She
whispered, she didn't know why she said it, it sort of just

Dorjee looked at Jason, before tossing a rock into the lake.
"...Fine." He said, still staring out at the water. "...we
never have reasons to talk." The Unwanted wasn't enjoying this
little conversation, but he kept that hate from appearing in
his voice.

Tobi smiled and nodded eagerly at Rachel - the word meat
sounding like sweet music to her ears as her stomach growled
hungrily. Tobi always seemed to become quite alot more
carnivore-ish when she was a few days off from transforming.
She liked her meat rare too, if she could get it.

"I say we go..." Tobi said, grinning as she looked over at
Dorjee and Jason for the last time. A sad sigh falling from
her tongue as she stared at Jason - longing in her eyes. But
what good was hoping and praying? Nothing had ever come from
that and Tobi had learnt that the hard way.

"We should change that, Dorjee," said Jason, tossing a rock
lightly into the air.

"It wouldn't hurt either of us if we were friends. We must
have something we both like or have in common."

"The fish are gone... I will go swim I guess," Raqueal said.
He got up and walked around in a half circle, then going
straight until he reached the Lake. It was a shore no one was
near. He stippred his clothes until he was left with his
undergarments, then jumped into the lake, and resurfaced to
quickly take a gulp of air, before diving, reflecting on the
bad fish smell in the air.

Plaguewalker

Dorjee sighed. "...only one thing, Jason." He said, leaving it
at that. If Jason didn't realize what Dorjee was talking
about, then he was blind as a bat. The Unwanted rose, nodded
at Jason, and walked back towards the school.

Rachel smiled. "You can stare at boys later. We need to get
food. Come on..." She started walking towards the school. "Do
you have any past? Like, did you have a family? A real one?"

Fire Lord

Jason gave Dorjee a raised eyebrow as he walked off.

"Only one thing? he repeated to himself.

"What's that supposed to mean? What one thing?"

He looked back towards the lake with a defeated expression.
Dorjee was troublesome. He knew very little about him despite
he himself being trusted by the Unwanted. Dorjee never let
anything about himself slip, and that caused problems.

"The Haters will have to leave him alone for now. There's no
indication he's an Unwanted despite the fact that I know. And
if I had the Haters attack him with just that information, he,
Alice and everyone else would know that I'm Scarecrow."

Plaguewalker

Dorjee walked away silently, his eyes focused straight ahead
of him. ...I'm sick of this...I know Jason isn't what he
appears, but I haven't said a thing about it because I can't
prove it... He thought, brushing past a small group of kids.
I'll bring it up tonight to the others...

Raqueal surfaced in front of Jason, gasping for breath. He
panted, and looked up at Jason. He nodded to him and dove back
under, trying to see how deep he could get before he needed
air.

Tobi nodded as she dragged her eyes from the two boys and
smiled a little sadly at Rachel. "Yeah, I did. I had a great
family - but, for their safety and my reputation, I had leave.
And my past... Is complicated and bloody and there are chunks
missing from my memory about my past... Just blank spaces..."
Tobi's eyes fell to the ground, as she thought about her
'great' family and their lack of communication with her. But,
she cleared her throat and looked at Rachel with a forced
smile.

"How about you? What's your past like?"

Jason looked up as someone broke the surface of the water.

"Was that Raqueal?" he said in surprise as the person dived
once more.

Alice, Dorjee, and the others will let something slip that
can't be connected to me if the Haters attack them."

Thomas paused as he came to an exit at the far end of the
building, away from everyone else. The exit was in a rarely
used area of the building, so must had forgotten that it
excited. He smiled and eased the door open. A wave of fresh
air washed over him and he breathed in deeply. "This is the
life," he whispered and slid outside. The door closed behind
him with hardly a sound.

Fuegar got tired of waiting and quickly grabbed the diary and
jumped up and left. He headed out the door and with no one
around onto the school's roof to examine the diary. Whoever
owned it was in trouble, and the books would have to be
disposed of, since the owner couldn't be trusted to have it.

Dylan stopped, exhausted he finally stumbled out of the forest
around four in the afternoon he was tired and didnt know what
to do, while he had been in the forest he swore he had seen
people, heard things.. Whether he did or didnt he wanted to
tell someone.. But he went and sat at a bench.. Collapsing in
his own arms what will he do he wanted to tell someone anyone

"Hey giev that back! I need to return it!"

Fuegar said, surprised she got on the roof as well. "I can't
let you have it, nor the owner." He jumped down from the roof
and walked toward his dorm, where he would hide the book until
the next time the Unwanted gathered.

"But if the person knew I took it, then I could be in trouble.
Please just let me put it back."

"No, because then even if you did what you say you would do,
someone else could find it. It's best if no one else finds
it," Fuegar said. He entered the boy's dorm area and smirked,
knowing girls weren't allowed here. If she was really
determined about it, he would have to think of a different
strategy.

Faith bit her lip and took a deep breath. Then she entered.

"Fine if you won't give it back, I'll take it back."

She tackled Fuegar, hoping to knock the book out of his hands.

Fuegar quickly jumped away, looking back at her. "That
determined huh? What's with you anyway? What do you care if
one of the rejects of this school gets a pathetic diary back,"
he asked.

Jason raised an eyebrow when the boy did not resurface right.
He walked over to the edge of the lake, looking down into the
water with confusion.

"Raqueal?" he said aloud, his eyes searching the water.

"There's no way he can still be under there could he?"

Faith bit her lip.

"Because it's theirs and if I don't return it, then they will
miss it. I would feel guilty if something happen to it,
because I took it in the first place." Faith stood and walked
outside. "But if your going to be mean, then I'll go. I'm
sorry to bother you."

Thomas felt a sudden impulse to spread his wings and fly, but
he fought it off. Even though he appeared to be alone, he knew
that there was always a chance that somebody would see him. So
instead he let out a sigh and headed back towards everyone
else. He didn't want anyone growing suspicious of his absence
and coming after him. If the Haters came right now... He
shivered at the thought.

Alice walked up to Thomas.

"Itching to fly? If someone saw you we could get caught. I
learned my lesson today. Besides your rip your shirt."

Thomas glanced up at Alice before letting out a frustrated
sigh. "That's why I'm still here," he told her. "I know better
than to just take off. And it was your own fault you ripped
your shirt. If you're going to spread your wings, then you
should at least take off your shir..." He drifted off as he
realized that he was talking to a girl and then blushed.
"Never mind," he said and looked away. "Just forget that I
said that."

Raqueal resurfaced at the middle of the lake. "Can't get down
far enough," he said after a moment. "If I could just touch
the bottom then I would feel like my air intake was the best
it could be, but not if I almost burst at 3/4 of the way."

Rachel stepped out fo the shadows, letting her skin glow. "I
love that it's nice out." She took a stroll along the lake,
making sure she didn't fall in again. She saw Raqueal in the
lake, but didn't dare talk to him. She had a feeling he didn't
like her. "Oh well..."

Faith made her way to her own room, laying on the bed. She
thought about what the guy said. He didn't understand why
Faith didn't hate them. The Unwanted. Faith didn't really
understand it herself.

Peace sat in the library, reading some more, but her mind was
on her sister. She wonder is she was alright.

Alice gave him a look.

"I'm sure I won't take off my shirt. I just need to find a
better knid fo shirt to wear."

Alice sighed.

"Tonight should be a good night to fly though. I'm sure you
can wait til then."

"I didn't mean..." Thomas shook his head and then looked back
up at Alice. "Maybe you should wear two shirts," he suggested.
"One with slits for your wings and another to hide your wings.
That way you wouldn't be in danger of ripping anymore shirts."
He took a deep breath of the fresh air. "And yes, I think
tonight will be a perfect night for that particular activity."

Alice thought abour it.

"Or tied some kind of material around my chest. That way it
wouldn't be in the way of my wings. Wear it under my shirt."

Alice sat down and closed her eyes, letting the wind throw her
hair back.

"I can't wait then."

Fuegar reached his room and looked around for a place to put
it. "Hmm... where to put it. Maybe... I got it," he muttered
and went to his closet. He put the diary in one of the pockets
of one pair of pants. "There, even I will have trouble finding
it again," he said.

Peace walked into her room and saw her sister laying on her
bed.

"You ok Faith?"

Faith didn't say anything and Peace sighed. She sat down next
to her.

"Tell me."

"Fine," she mumbled, sitting up. "I was inside the school-"

"You were what?!"

Faith gave her sister a look. "Continue."

"I was inside the school and I found this diary. It belonged
to someone who not alot of people liked." Faith was smart
enough not to say the word Unwanted around her sister. "I saw
someone else in the school and he took it. I tried to get it
back, but he wouldn't let me. I just feel bad for taking it."

"And you like the guy."

"What!?" Faith couldn't believe her sister.

"I can tell. Don't worry I'm sure he'll like you back if you
try hard enough."

Faith pushed her sister off the bed.

Casey Jewels

Thomas nodded, after a moment's thought. "That might work," he
said. "Granted that whatever you tie it with doesn't come
undone. Then you might have a few problems." Thomas wasn't
trying to be perverted or anything, he was just laying down
the facts.

Fuegar sat down on his bed and let his hold go, turning into
the black demon with the tatoo on his chest. "It's tiring to
hold that form all day, lucky I live alone here, otherwise I'd
be running on empty constantly keep the form up at night and
day," he said. No one else knew what he was, he hadn't trusted
the unwanted to this information, though he knew they were
suspicious. He was one of them, but still felt like an outcast
among them.

Raqueal lay on his back and floated at the center of the lake.
"Well, least I'll have some warning before someone bugs me
this far out," he muttered and closed his eyes.

Georgie

Tobi smiled at Rachel, glancing out into the lake with a
puzzled expression. Who was she looking at? Who was...
Floating out there?! Tobi's brow creased but shrugged it off,
it wasn't totally unusual for people to swim in the lake, but
it was quite cold today and, well, the person was just
floating. Tobi had a feeling he was one of them, someone like
her, so she pushed the thought away.

"Y'know, I am suddenly so hungry." Tobi commented, rubbing her
stomach to emphasise the grumbling that rolled through her
gut. "We'd better hurry or they'll close the lunch-serving
soon." Tobi's pace broke into a brisk walk.

Fire Lord

Jason took one look out into the lake, finally spotting
Raqueal.

"There he is...I thought he was going to drown. Oh well, I
better go then."

He walked back up the hill and through the doors into the
lunchroom.

"I suppose I should look for Dorjee. Our conversation ended
rather short."

"Raqueal is another problem," he thought to himself.

"But learning about him, Dorjee, and the others is a slow
business. I must go one step at a time. With any luck, they'll
let something slip that will reveal that they are Unwanted and
keep me from being pinpointed as Scarecrow."

Plaguewalker

Dorjee headed for his room, wanting to be alone. And get these
robes off... He thought, as he entered the dormitories. He
walked quietly to his room, and opened the door. Stepping
inside, he shut the door quietly.

Fuegar sighed and stood up, returning to his human form.
"Might as well get some lunch," he said, hoping the diary
would be safe. He left his room and started the walk to the
lunch room. When he got there, he grabbed a sandwhich, and
when no one was watching, he toasted it, then sat down by
himself.

Rachel smiled at Tobi adn then followed her inside. "What do
you think you want to get for lunch? I'm not so sure yet.
Mabye meat, or mac and cheese. Or a bagel, toasted. Or
pizza..." She heard herself and started laughing. "I'm such a
pig."

Georgie

Tobi smiled as she glanced around at all the available foods
for her devouring. She felt her body relax as the
deeply-soothing smells of cooked foods and sweets filled her
lungs. Tobi laughed. "Well, that makes two of us." She moved
into the line and grabbed a tray - loadingit up with every
meat dish she could handle.

The lunchladies gave her an odd stare, whispering something
behind their gloved-hands but Tobi merely shrugged it off. She
was used to people whispering about her.

Alice walked in and grabbed some food. She did not smile at
the cheerful lunchladies and almost growled at one who told
her to cheer up.

"I am cheery. You just can't tell,"Alice said, her tone snide.

She spotted Tobi and Rachel and walked over to them.

"Hey guys."

Georgie

Tobi looked up at the familiar voice and grinned. "Hey Al."
She said, sitting down at the table nearest to the windows
that overlooked the Lake. "How's business?" Tobi took her fork
within her fingertips as her eyes widened, scanning her tray
with delight. She stabbed a piece of beef from its' stewy
puddle and popped it in her mouth, letting out a muffled sigh
of relief.

Alice sat down and looked out the window.

"I was almost caught today. I opened my wings in public. I
can't help it. My wings itch a lot." She stratched a back just
as she said that. "How are things with you?"

Faith walked into the cafertia and got some lunch. Peace
walked slowly behind her.

Georgie

Tobi nodded thoughtfully, sympathetically as Alice told her of
her day before swallowing the mushed-meat and grinning again.
"Well, you can stretch and itch them all night tonight!
Anyway... Nearly time for me. Y'know how I get meat-obsessed
and every moving thing begins to appear to be wearing a EAT ME
sign."

Tobi laughed, piercing another chunk of meat, waving it about
a little as she dropped her voice. "But, I don't know where I
should go this time... The woods are too dangerous and now,
with this..." She glanced around and continued, "...with this
Scarecrow character about, I'm getting a little nervous... And
not for my safety..." Tobi took the fork in her lips and
chewed the meat slowly.

Alice nodded and watched as two figures appeared at the table.
It was Faith and Peace.

Peace grinned and Alice had an expressionless face.

"What?"

"Are you guys going to sign up for the Talent Show?"

Faith watched her sister talk and looked nervous. She knew
that these weren't really the kind of people her sister would
want to ask about the Talent Show too. They never seemed
interested in that kind of things.

"No," was all Alice said, before eating her sandwich.

Plaguewalker

Dorjee sat silent in his room, enjoying the peace and quiet.
"...what is he planning? What is the scarecrow's next
move?..." He murmured, as his stomach began to growl. He
glanced at it, and sighed. The Unwanted rose, and left his
room. Lunch Time... He slowly made his way to the lunch room,
his eyes wandering about the halls as he went. Entering the
lucnh room, he grabbed a tray, filled it with food, and headed
for the table that Tobi, Alice, and Rachel.

Fuegar cast a glance over at the two girls talking to the
other Unwanted. He recognized one as the person who had the
diary. His brow furrowed, there was more here than met the
eye, but he didn't have the eye to see what couldn't be seen,
yet. He finished his sandwich and rose, walking toward the
exit, turning to look at the five of them again, wondering
what was going on. As an outcast, he rarely found out about
things until they happened. Even among the Unwanted no one
told him much.

Raqueal swam to shore and smiled when it was almost deserted,
except him. "Good, I'm alone again. I suppose I should get
something to eat though. Cafeteria usually has a salad option,
maybe I'll eat there," he said. He dried off and put his
clothes on, before heading to the cafeteria.

"Hey, you're Fuegar right?" said Jason, stopping him from
exiting the lunch room.

"I've seen you watching them. You know they're never going to
tell you anything if you don't at least go up and say hi."

With great speed he had his hand on Fuegar's back, pushing him
back and to the table where the few members of the Unwanted
sat.

"Alice, Faith, Peace, Tobi, Rachel, Dorjee, good to see you
all. This is Fuegar if you haven't met him yet."

He pushed Fuegar forward with a grin.

"Whatever," Fuegar said, putting on his regular attitude of
having no care for what he was saying. He crossed his arms and
looked away out the window. The Unwanted knew him well enough,
they should know he was just acting, and that he did care
about somethings. The others he hoped to keep unaware of it
though, it was best to keep them from knowing much about him.

Rachel thought about it and smiled. "I think I might." When
she was young, she sang a lot. She had a beautiful voice, but
just didn't let anyone hear it. Hopefully they would like it.
"I hope i'll do good." She smiled and ate some of the spiced
meat and salad she picked up. "I love food."

Faith saw Fuegar and frowned.

"I still want that diary back."

Alice raised an eyebrow, but remained silent. "Maybe I'll do
the stupid show. It depends."

"On what," asked Peace.

"On whether you'll shut up."

Peace scoffed and walked off. Alice smiled a rare smile. Faith
looked uneasy.

"I'm afraid I don't know what you're talking about," Fuegar
said, still looking out the window. "As interesting as this
has been, I think I'll leave now." He made his way past Jason
and walked toward the exit again. He didn't like crowds, and
boy were they one.

Raqueal put some veggies on his plate, preferring to make a
salad than buy one, and sat down alone on the far side of the
cafeteria. He wasn't paying attention to the group on the
other side, they held no interest for him. He was alone here,
he only wanted to meet someone else like him.

Tobi started to chew slowly as she looked at this Fuegar and
smiled - though there was something about him she found a
little strange about him, but she pushed the feeling aside.
She was not one to ever be mean outfront to a new person.

She waved and listened as Faith asked for a diary back and
Fuegar pretended he had no idea what she was on about. Tobi
grinned. He probably stole Faith's diary and was holding it
ransom for something. Tobi could feel Faith's pain - she owned
her own diary and it was precious to her. She had been keeping
it for as long as she could remember.

It was way of her keeping track of her... Problem - through
means of newspaper clippings and her entries moments before
she transformed. But, more important still, it was the item
she owned that held pictures of her family. Tobi smiled at
Faith, but stayed quiet. She didn't want to be caught
evesdropping.

"So, talent-show eh? Sounds fun! I'll probably watch though, I
have no talents really." Tobi found her eyes wandering across
to Jason and she had to fight tooth and nail to keep the blush
from surfacing furiously.

Fire Lord

"I'm planning to try something myself," said Jason, sitting
down next to Dorjee. He laughed slightly, scratching the back
of his head with a wide grin.

"But first I have to get a talent. What about you Dorjee?" he
asked, turning his head to look at the Unwanted.

Plaguewalker

Dorjee glanced at Jason, before shrugging. "..I don't know.
I'm not really the talent type." He murmured, opening his
covering slightly so he could eat. His mouth was kept shaded
by the rest of his head, so he could eat without fear of
changing. He took a bite of a peice of bread. "...Tobi, you
have plenty of talent."

Fire Lord

Jason nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, you'll think of something Tobi, don't worry."

He turned to look at Alice.

"You too Alice. Are you planning on doing anything?"

Fuegar kicked a tree, and watched as it split and fell over.
"I need to watch my strength," the demon noted, but was
boiling with anger. It just sprung up in him, like a hatred
that had just flowed around in him. "We demons... we feed off
of the darkness, and all things associated with it. It makes
sense the bloodline would carry it's own hatred to fuel us,
but why is it just suddenly going off," he asked himself,
anger in every word.

Georgie

Tobi smiled widely at Dorjee and then, felt her skin erupt in
goosebumps of excitement when Jason spoke of her. She blushed
wildly this time, her eyes focusing on her half-eaten lunch.
"T-thanks, guys." She looked up at Dorjee - not daring to even
face Jason.

"When exactly is the contest?" Tobi asked, clearing her throat
as the aroma of meat built in her nostrils.

Plaguewalker

Dorjee could see that she took Jason's more as a compliment
than his. Stupid Jason... He thought, before taking another
bite out of his bread. "...I'm assuming that it's a standard
talent show. You perform, a panel of judges judges you, then
whomever gets the highest score wins." He said, as he bit into
a peaice of steak.

Casey Jewels

Thomas smiled slightly as he realized that he was alone once
more. This was the way he liked things. But I shouldn't be
alone... Not now... There's just... too much danger in being
cut off from the others. He let out a sigh and headed for the
lunch room. There's no telling what trouble the other Unwanted
are getting themselves into.

Fire Lord

"Hey, Dorjee, maybe you can invite Tobi to go with you,"
whispered Jason so only Dorjee could hear. He smiled slightly,
elbowing Dorjee in a pushing manner.

"Come on...you know you want to."

Fuegar kicked and punched until several trees fell under his
force. His rage soon subsided, and he breathed hard. "That's
what got me here in the first place. Misplaced agression, now
if it acts up here, I'll probably end up in jail, then dead,"
he said. "If I get caught that is. If it doesn't happen in
classes or around other people, I might be able to handle it."
He was lucky, the last time he got enraged his fire form
appeared and he nearly destoryed everything around him.

Thomas cursed softly as he caught sight of both Fuegar and the
trees. He rushed towards the demon, nearly unfurling his wings
as he did so. "Stop!" he cried out and stumbled to a halt a
few feet away. "Are you trying to get yourself killed or
something?!"

Plaguewalker

Dorjee glared at Jason. "...quiet you." He said back, keeping
his voice low. "...that's none of your business." He fought
the rising blush on his cheeks, not enjoying this
conversation.

"I couldn't help it, it's my nature," Fuegar said. "I'm not
worried for my safety though, the haters wouldn't stand a
chance against my power." He gave no sign of emotion of either
confidence or disbelief in his own words, just kind of empty.
"I wouldn't have much to lose if I did die though, so no
worries."

Casey Jewels

"And what about the rest of us?" Thomas asked him. "I'm pretty
sure that you and me could hold our own, but... not all of the
Unwanted are us strong as us. And if one goes down, then
there's a high risk that the rest will go down as well.
Just... try to be careful." Is he so willing as to throw his
life away just to destory some trees?

"So what you're saying is that... by my knocking trees down,
the Unwanted will die? Sorry, but that's about as clear as
mud," Fuegar said.

Thomas sighed softly, but decided that it was best not to
press it. "Just... be careful. Okay? I don't want a life to be
lost to the Haters, no matter who's it is." He placed a hand
on one of the fallen trees and then looked up at Fuegar.

"I told you I couldn't help it. You don't know what it's like,
to all of a sudden have anger seize your whole being," Fuegar
said. "You can't control it. You can't be careful, there's
nothing you can do except vent it, or let it bottle until you
die. It's poison, and something I have to deal with
occasionally. I'm not an idiot, I know what must be done to
keep people alive." He said it all with no emotion, and his
eyes didn't even glare. He looked completely calm, and he
pretty much was, he really didn't feel until the anger spells
came on him.

"What you need to do is find another way to get your anger
out," Thomas said, more to himself than Fuegar. He drummed his
fingers on the tree. "Do you have to vent physically?" he
asked. "Or would getting it out in writing or something
similar to get it out?" There's got to be a way to help him
out. I don't want a fellow Unwanted to die just because I
didn't feel like doing anything to help him. Though I really
think that this isn't going to do much good. At least I
tried...

"It's not like I can control when it happens. It's furious
blind rage," Fuegar said. "I can barely think while it hits,
let alone hold anything long enough to write something." He
crossed his arms and looked toward the destruction he caused.
"This is also the first time it's happened here. The last time
got me sent here, it was worse."

Thomas nodded. "So maybe we should stick together, or at least
stay near each other. I'm pretty sure that I could protect
everyone else from you..." Though it would give me away to
what I am...

"You're acting just like the scum that put me in here. To keep
me away from the public, where I couldn't do any harm to them.
I suppose that's all that could be done though, after all,
demons don't live together for a reason. We're meant to be
isolated, and build up our hate so we're able to kill whenever
something wanders in our path. I thought here I could get rid
of that, by being with others, but apparently not," Fuegar
said, still no emotion. "You don't have to stick with me, I'm
always alone, and if no one approaches me, I won't hurt them."

Casey Jewels

"Oh," Thomas said, a bit taken back by Fuegar's response. "It
was only a suggestion," he said. "And I was trying to help you
be able to be with others..." He shrugged and turned away.
"But I can see that you don't want my help. You rather stick
to your lonely little self for the rest of your life, too
afraid to take a chance. Too afraid to try to be understood by
others."

Rachel smiled and turned back to her lunch. If they only knew
how good she actually was. SHe'd probably play guitar, which
she'd been learning in secret before she came to the "school".
Of course she would sing. She turned to the others. "Does
anyone have any hidden talents? Like singing, acting, or
unicycling?"

"What have I said to make you think I want to be isolated,"
Fuegar asked. "You're talking like I enjoy my life. Like I
enjoy being a pariah even among the unwanted. Problem is, no
one loves a demon, and a demon loves no one, no matter how
hard we try. Isolation hardens our hearts, and only too late
will someone try to soften them." He turned to look at Thomas,
and stared past him. "I'm not afraid to be understood, I just
can't be understood, unless by another demon. Try as you may,
you could not possibly understand how my species lives, never
fully comprehend what kind of life we're doomed to. One of
destruction and isolation, and when we're not isolated, it's
only a matter of time until we're driven back there."

"It is better to have loved and lost, than to have never loved
at all," Thomas whispered softly as he stared down at the
ground. He then turned back towards Fuegar. "I knew a demon
once. She thought that it was too late for her to love. But I
managed to convince her otherwise. Only, she was more willing
than you to change."

"You're putting words into my mouth, Thomas. I've not once
said I'm not willing to try, from your reaction I think it's
you who's not. You're ready to put the blame on me, to say I'm
the one who does not want to do anything, when I think it's
you. I believe you're not willing to try to befriend me,"
Fuegar said. "I've stated why it won't work, but I will try
it, anything to try to change how demons have lived so far."

Casey Jewels

Thomas turned back to face him. "I'm sorry," he said. "It
just... sounded as if you didn't want to bother trying."
Great. What exactly am I getting myself into? That other demon
nearly killed me in the end... He slowly shook his head,
trying to fight off the memory. "So, you willing to try?" He
held out a hand to the demon.

"Betray my heritage and everything demons stand for? Sure why
not, there's a reason there aren't many left after all,"
Fuegar said, grabbing his hand. "I know I can be hard to read,
that's what makes it fun to know me, trying to figure out how
exactly I feel on a subject without my showing emotion." He
didn't show emotion because his power fed on it, and he would
lose control of it if he felt anything.

Casey Jewels

He nodded. "Got it." Thomas sat down on top of the fallen tree
and then glanced towards the lunch room. "Have you eaten yet?
Or are you going too?" Gotta be careful not to push him too
far or too fast... Could be bad.

"I've eaten, I left thankfully before my anger took hold of
me. I don't really want to go back while Jason is in there
though. He seems to be a little too friendly to everyone to be
entirely trustworthy. I guess I'll go back though anyway,"
Fuegar said.
